Can you please tell me when (or whether it is planned at all) you will release a fix for the “my-product” in the Portfolio section. I see a lot of comments reporting this behavior (can’t change “my-product” to custom URL). I have the same problem.

We are trying to create a row that contains an image on the left and text on the right. The problem is that when the window scales down the text overlaps the image and becomes illegible or does not fit to the top and bottom of the container. Tried various settings and image types to no avail. We cannot get it to look as slick as the 2nd row down in the barber shop theme. Please advise. The image is set as a column background and the Equal height option is enabled for the whole row. Please, check these settings.

Fantastic theme, hoping i can get to work… Just trying to install the ‘import’ file (after installing the plugins, is this right? You can install the content using the WordPress importer plugin. Please, navigate to Tools > Import > WordPress importer > and select this file to import from: themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme \Mainfiles\import\main_content\dummy.xml for the Main content installation. You can follow this path to install any other layout.

Hello! I have a problem with my fonts. I activated a google font, in my case the font “exo”, and want to use this on my website. I went to the “custom typography” area and put the exo font in every headline setting. I have now used the headline-widget in my visual composer and chose f.e. a h4 Tag. But on my Website there is still the custom font with the custom font settings and color. Did i missed something here?

Can you please help.
1) I cannot change the button/link/text colour on my checkout/cart pages. Its the default green from one of your installed demos, and it will not change. All colours in the theme options have been updated (not green) yet the buttons and text comes up as green on these pages.
2) Also wondering how to put a header image – like the stunning header options on the other pages – onto the shop/products page.
3) Can you also please advise what px width the stunning header images should be saved off as.

1. It seems that the color schemes are not applying properly on your site. We’ve got the access details and will check them and help with the issue.
2. The stunning header feature was disabled on woocommerce pages in the theme, however, we’ll add it to the next theme update. We’ll be able to provide you with the instructions on its activation via email.
3. We usually use 1920px images for the stunning headers and full width backgrouds.
There’s sidebar that has to take the place of the left columns. You can fill it with widgets in Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar for Product page. Or we’ll be able to provide you with the instructions on how to make the product full width via email.

Whats the best image size for Banners/top sliders, Thumbnails (Portfolios and Posts) and gallery images for Portfolios. It seems they should be around 1920 width but how does that affect load times. Should I be using an ‘image crush’ plugin?

We use 1920×1080px and 1920×1280px images for the sliders and Stunning headers.
As for the thumbnails, we’d recommend you to use 900×600px images for posts thumbnails and resize them respectively, in case you’ll need smaller thumbnails.
For portfolio we mainly use 1280×900px images to make them look nice in lightbox preview, and they are cropped to fit the gallery style.

Please, change the page template of the home page to the For page builder. Also, check the Settings > Reading > Front page displays > Static page and select the page as a homepage. Also, don’t elect it as a blog page in that section.

Hello, Your theme is really amazing! Before buying it, I just wanted to ask 2 questions: 1. the ronneby/ninth with sidebar menu doesn’t display anything between width= 800px to 1000px. Is this normal? 2. I really like the first page of the ronneby/ninth with the way the photos are organized. But when you clic in one photo, you always get on another page that shows up the same photo in bigger and description. Is it possible to insert a different page in between those two, showing up many other photos belonging to the same theme, and only then you come to the bigger photo with description? 1. The mobile header is being enabled on 1100px resolution and the default header is hidden from that point.
2. There are several portfolio hover variants. You can check the available variants here. We can also enable the external link to portfolio category page on portfolio hovers for you if none of the existing variants is suitable for you.

Trying to upload theme to wordpress. Have WP 4.3.1 which is not listed in your compatibility. Is theme not compatible with latest WP? I started by downloading the option that said wordpress upload only or whatever and that did not work. Then I downloaded the entire file and foud the Ronneby.zip file and uploaded that. Both uploads were tried several times. THe error message is “Are you sure you want to do this?” Try again link. I disabled my Wordfence plugin and that did not help either. Thanks!

I’m having trouble with WPML and Ronneby, I’m working on a woocommerce site and when I go to the shop’s “product category” page it show’s fine in the default language, but in the other languages it’s not getting styled (css) and from what I can tell it’s also not getting the header or footer elements or any other element from the theme.
Thought It was a WPML problem but switched to another theme and it work fine, so i assume it’s got to do with Ronneby. Has anybody ever had the same problem? It’s wierd cuz it’s the only page that’s doing this, even the “single product” page works fine.

Hi guys,
Following up on this issue, I contacted WPML and their response was that Ronneby theme is not on the themes compatibility list and that the problem is related with the file /wp-content/themes/ronneby/woocommerce/archive-product.php and the fact that it loads a template header that is “breaking” on the other languages.
So their compatibility team will get in touch with you guys to try and get this issue fixed.
I suppose this is gonna take a lot of time, Is there any way we could get this working quicker, I’m kind of running out of time with this project.
And since this is only happening on this page I suppose the fix shouldn’t be too difficult.

As for your question, please try to select the text you want to mark as a blockquote and click the Blockquote button in tiny mce editor toolbar or simply wrap the text you need with <blockquote />. You can install the layouts in Appearance > Installer panel section > simply select the needed layout. To install one more layout, please, navigate to Tools . Import > WordPress Importer and select the file to import from the file themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme \Mainfiles\import\ninteenth\dummy_ninteenth.xml (to import the ninteenth layout).

Hi, the option in the theme are a little more complex than I thought it would be. Is there a manual that teach on the website customization or tutorial, especially about the home pages.
I specifically want to create home page like first http://themes.dfd.name/ronneby/ninteenth/ then http://themes.dfd.name/ronneby/seventeenth/ after launch.
I don’t see where to select these option on the dashboard.

Hi there! I’m having problems with my wordpress theme. We don’t use a ‘coming soon’ plugin for the page.
You can install a demo layout in Appearance > Installer panel and set it as a Homepage in Settings > Reading > Front page displays > Static page dropdown list.
After that we’d recommend you to hide the header on the homepage (to disable the menu), you can add this code to Theme options > Main options > Custom CSS:
.home #header-container #header {
display: none;
}
So you can work on the site and the homepage won’t lead to the inner pages, unless one types the url into the address panel. However, you can also use ‘coming soon’ plugin while developing the site.
