1) The demo with the user/pass it isn’t working, can you give us the user and pass ? Other buyers are testing the change pass option Is better to just signup with your email account and you would be able to access the user dashboard.

2) When a booking is made or a message is sent to the owner, apart from receiving an email, when he logs in to his account, is there any red label / red icon, or something like this on top that lets the owner know that he has a booking/message ? +

3) same question as 2) but this time for the registered buyer

Both users will receive an email letting him now that he has a new message/booking/invoice. Also in the user dashboard we have a messaging system and he will see that there is an unread message.

4) when registering, is there any way to register as an owner or as a buyer and don’t let the buyers be also owners and list their listings ??? Have the option to register as a buyer, as an owner or as a both of them ?

A user can put a place for rent but also rent a listing. There are not 2 separate accounts and there is no point of doing that. All the major sites do it like this (for ex airbnb)

5) Is the website multilanguage ?? Can the user/owner change the language of the websites look/menus ??

The site is working with WPML ( multi language plugin) but you would need to buy a separate license from then

6) Is the website multicurrency ?? How does this work ?? Yes it does and you can see it in action on the demo site: wprentals.org

You set a main currency and secondary cirrencies. For secondary currencies you also set their parity against main currency. When a user change the currency from the dropdown widget the site will transform all values using the parity value you set in admin.

7) What payment methods can the admin of the website add ?? Is it possible also woocommerce ??

The theme is not made to work with woocomerce (this is a e shop plugin ) Payments can be made via Paypal and Stripe.

The admin can charge for the owners listing or once the user books or for both ?? Any other options ?

Admin can charge a deposit fee (you set that in admin) for any bookings

Admin can charge users that publish a listing (charge per listings) or Admin can create membership packages and charge user for membership subscription.

9) Can the owner manage the bookings from inside his panel and add bookings that are made by phone in order not to show that dates in the listings when a user search for that dates ?

Yes he can do that. He can also block dates for booking made outside the site.

10) Does the theme uses VisualComposer in order to change its looks ?? Yes

11) Can the admin add custom fields or erase fields ?? He can ad custom fields (but those cannot be used in search forms). The default fields – if you don;t fill them it would not appear. If you want to delete theme you need to delete them via code changing.

12) Can the admin have total control of the fields he creates or are some fields that must to appear allways ?? There are some default fields and he can add unlimited other fields.

Hi, Payments via Stripe are made only using credit cards (is basically a cc processor ). You can signup for a demo account on wprentals.org and try to upgrade your membership package. You should see the Stripe button and after you press it the credit car form will appear.

Also in some cases you can do Paypal Payments using credit cards.

Hi, I think you can do that – You can special categories for tours and hotels and use custom fields for specific details. However please note that for hotels you would need to add each room separately if you want to use them into the booking system

Also please make sure the theme suits your needs since it;s mainly a theme for short term rentals (aibnb like) and not one build specially for travel agencies.

Hi, Stripe is very popular between our clients and was integrated in our theme because many requested it. That being said we didn’t use Stripe as a merchant(we don;t need it in our bussines), we just integrated their APi in our products(and we were very happy about the way it works)

Hi Ivan, A couple of pre-purchase questions: 1- Is it possible to have 2 separate Logins/Register? - One login/register (without social login) for Owners with My Profile, My Properties, Add New Property, Booking, My Reservations, My Subscription and Inbox tabs enabled? - One login/register (with social login) for common Users with only My Profile, Favorite and Review tabs enabled?

There is no separate accounts for the owners and the ones that rent. And there is no point in doing that since somebody that list a property can also want to rent one. So it would not make sense to have 2 accounts. This is how all the big sites like airbnb do it.

2- Is it possible to have other payment options? Like direct Bank Transfer or other services?

Direct Bank transfer is something that will appear in a future version. Other payment options will ahve

3- I’d love to have a backend access only for testing purpose, to see the Theme in live action, so I could make some test and buy it then. Is that possible?

Yes, sure. For wordpress admin to see the theme options : Just open a ticket on support.wpestate.org and will give you access to a demo install. To see the user dashboard you just need to signup on wprentals.org and you would be enter to see that ..

Hi, I,m not very sure that i understand the question : If you want to remove the sticky header functionality then you need to go into control.js and remove the code from lines 43 to 86.

Hi, Not yet but in the next version we will have the option to export and import booking info in icalendar format so you can send the data (or import) to sites like airbnb.

This option will definitely be in the next theme update however i cannot give you a date yet.

Hi, The script is sending email notification also. But sometimes they may reach your spam folder or not being delivered for unknown reasons. So is better to check directly the system. We always answer our tickets in under 24h (except weekends). Thanks
