Hi, If you edited the parallax banner as a block, you should add the padding in the visual composer row shortcode. When edit the visual composer row shortcode, you can add the padding in Design tab.

I have made that. The problem is the theme dont declare the dimension of this images. Like you see is the first image from revslider and other images are used from the theme. Payments image is that on you insert on the footer with visa/mastercard/paypal…logos.
Hi, I don’t have a solution. Could you customize porto theme? Please customize footer/footer_.php, header/header_.php. You can find img html tag and add the width and height. I didn’t included revolution slider plugin so you should reference revolution slider documentation. Img tag don’t need to add absolutely width and height attribute.
Hi, I purchased this theme last week, and while I am quite impressed with some of its features, I have to admit it is not as customizable as I thought…
Some examples:
- Can I change the sticky icon that shows in mobile devices once we scroll for the shop categories? I am not even sure what it is, so I doubt most costumers will guess it has something to do with categories. Can you provide some code to change it?
- How can I change the footer’s font size?
- How can I custom the back to top icon?
Is any of this possible?

Another question: is there any reason why icons and font quality decreases in some browsers? They look okay in Google Chrome and Mozilla, but when I open my website with Edge and Internet Explorer they look terrible…
Actually, even the logo decreases quality. And it’s not just with different browsers, it also happens in some mobile devices.

1. I would like to know if the widget on the sidebar “woocomerce product categories” is taking categories automatically from woocomerce and it’s not a new menu created.
2. About this demo page, the category sidebar: http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/demo8/product-category/women/ If I have a subcategory “Example” on Woman > Fashion > Example, could I expand the fashion subcategory in order to see the example one? It’s important to me the possibility of expanding the subcategories, too.
3. If I activate the Woocommerce option of seeing the main shop as categories, is the category sidebar working the same way and showing me the subcategories instead of the products?

Hi, 1. It’s taking categories automatically. 2. You can expand only the first level category. 3. You should configure the display type in the categories. You can select default display type for the categories in woocommerce settings. Regards.

Hi, i’m using your theme here at http://adogo.com.sg as you can see the main page divides the page into 2 multisite pages. But if you realise, you can scroll down and there is a WHITE line area at the bottom. how can i remove this white line and make the page stands out big. Thanks!

Hello, would like to check, if the user visits the page via mobile (iphone or samsung s6 android), and using chrome, he ticks the “Request desktop site”. But still, he gets the responsive mobile view. Is there anyway i can give user a link to FORCE the page to show 1024*768 ipad landscape view? Hi, Please customize header.php and add custom javascript code. You should add custom id in viewport meta tag and a new link in header.php or header/header_*.php. If you click the link, you should remove the viewport meta using js code.

When edit the porto content box shortcode, you should select the icon and select the icon effect.

WooCommerce categories question | we have 500 imported categories and want the porto layout to be the same for all categories but different layout for product page. How can we do this without manually changing each category?

Hi, You can change the layout in Theme Options > Woocommerce > Product Archive and Single Product. If you want to change in each category, you should select the layout when edit the category, If you want to change in each product, you should select in View options when edit the product.
