We are considering to buy this theme for 1 of our customers but i’m reading a lot of nagative feedback. Is this theme easy to tranlate?

I am looking for a refund. How do I get it?

The theme’s a lot of trouble. Please just give me a refund and rid me of this difficult to use theme.

Hi This Theme RTL ready & Installation demo On Click?

I’ve been having problems since I got this theme, I came here to see some other comments and I see somebody talked about refund and I would be interested in it too so that I can swap this and start from scratch, too many things are too hard to do for me on this theme, I need to open a ticket everytime or there is some code to edit and it’s not how it’s supposed to be on a wordpress based theme. Is it possible to get a refund?

seems like a layout issue with style 3 Firefox 41.0.2 and Microsoft Edge 20

Purchased the theme, having many issues and I’ve sent a support ticket but as yet no response. If you cannot or will not respond just refund my purchase.

This theme is incredibly difficult to use and configure, it doesn’t seem like anything was really done.

Hello. I really like the SW Atom theme and I want to purchase the Regular License but I just want to make sure I could use it for my subdomains/subfolders. I do own the domain but I want to provide web services through subdomains or subfolders to our clients. They’ll be paying for the services but not for the subdomains/subfolders. Could I do that? Please let me know as soon as you can so I could proceed with the purchase. Thanks

I really would like to buy this but would like to hear from buyers that have had a positive experience…Quite frankly Im tired of spend my money in this site to get just a very small hand full of Authors that actually stand by there products.

This quote from the author makes me wonder “Many people buy this theme, and we did support, they are very happy and satisfied about this theme”

It looks like such a great theme and I am really tempted to purchase but the amount of negative feedback here is giving me serious doubts. I really don’t want to purchase this and then left in the dark without professional support.

this is by far the worst theme I have ever purchased, the theme options are very poor and support is not professional…..

Looks like Themeforest has reduced the quality a lot. As far as I know, Themeforest is not used to publish those kind of imcomplete and third-class works on their market.

The funniest thing about this, Themeforest has increased the prices and started to charge for the support(really?) too. I’m really disappointed about this service after my first two successful purchases. I bought two different themes for OpenCart last year and they were as they should be. I’ve managed to change almost everything on the panel and they work like a charm. Of course I don’t expect advanced level of customizability, I just want to customize most basic things!

I’ve requested a refund from the vendor, because working with this theme is impossible for now. But they are tenaciously offering me a custom work. I’ve asked how to create our own color scheme (because they advertise unlimited color options), they offered me to contact for custom work just to customize colors. WHAT THEN? What does theme panel stand for? Should I contact for every single thing and wait for a short reply almost for 24 hours to change a text color, add a background image or change layout from wide to boxed and so on? I bought a “PREMIUM” theme because all I wanted to customize the basic things without touching CSS/PHP files. Custom work is not a good resolution because the updates will be a nightmare and they will stop providing support and ask for money after 6 months. And that’s not the main problem. The worst thing about this theme that many functions DON’T WORK. I bought this theme almost 2 weeks ago and no fix so far! I guarantee you will never see a page like the live previews when you import the demo data.

I don’t want to contact for every issue one by one and wait for a resolution for ages! Just refund, stop sale of this alpha work until you complete it. Don’t give people headache. And please DON’T tell me to create a ticket again!

I cannot say anything about the support. Response was done on next working day. But answer was short and not very helpful. But PAY ATTENTION: In version 1.0.2 the theme don’t support WooCommerce at all. Only some parts and the dev means this won’t be changed.

I could not recommend this theme at this stage!

Do you have any videos how to setup the front page? The documentation seems to lack specific.

How can we activate the Box Layout? All we have available is the Wide Layout.

Please respond, the options are very scant. How do we get rid of your footer information?

I agree with g0kh4n that the upload/install is needlessly complicated needing editing the .httaccess and .php file to work.

Trying to see if the theme is worth the added headache. All these Indian devs making ecommerce for WooComm, Presta and Magento seem to know just enough of each framework to sell something but not REALLY how/what WP users are used to and tools needed to jump in and build out a site and/or teach a client (this is my fourth experience like this). I buy and test 3-4 themes a month and this has to be the hardest one yet in my ten years of WP site theme use. Things like this: http://grab.by/LfhK and http://grab.by/LfhQ never happen with other themes EVER, even other Indian devs (that have other issues).

The curse of knowing too much is not knowing how to relate it to the rest of us correctly.

The jury is out on this one, seems to have what I need in relation to eventual store outcome just getting to their might require bloody fists. The documentation is clearly not written by a native western English speaker and that in itself can be a challenge to some.

Hopefully future versions of this can be more turnkey and give people what they know and need with less errors and support tickets just to begin starting personalization. If the theme does not install correct in 15 mins or less the buyer gets a bad user experience. This one is like two hours (cpanel tinkering, call to hosting company etc) and however long it takes to get a reply from theme support.

Good from far…but far from simple to setup.

whether these themes can be run either on the server using nginx.

if we get a complete demo content with his image.

add to chart function can be turned off, so just be featuring products and price alone.

and whether it could distribute the product to facebook complete with description and price
