Posting this here because it looks like the ticketing system is having issues (plus, there’s no forum for this theme). Hello. We just installed the theme and demo data on a fresh wp.
Issue 1) The menu has no dropdown like in the demo. All items appear side by side until they drop to a second line.
Issue 2) I’ve uploaded a big image for the logo (1000×800) but it’s blown out of the header. Is this theme not retina-ready? Because a 90×106px image will appear really blurry on iPhones.
Issue 3) The html code that’s on the “Lower Footer Rightside Content” appears raw on the live site.
The code inspector shows no errors, so it seems all the js/css is loading.
Help is appreciated, we need to get this out asap.

I am having some issues with creating and using custom menus. When I create a menu and add it to the footer widget area I get the shopping bag and search page on the widget without adding it there. I have created a menu with some pages on my site and it is showing the search bar and the shopping bag page. How can I remove these two please?

I tried to change the font under luxi option – typography but it doesn’t change the font to the desired one. Any reasons as to why this is happening?

I am not trying to change any class. I am trying to change the font in the luxi option setting under typography. It has a drop down menu to choose other fonts and I chose one but it doesn’t update it, it’s still using the one that came with the demo. Also, I am trying to add the credit cards image file to the footer but it doesn’t read codes. Having too many problems with your template man.

There is an update coming within the next few days which will allow you to switch the icons on and off. It will also link the image to the product page rather than just the title
I love everything about this theme except for the product photos in the product page. Is it possible if the other photos aren’t overlaid on top of the main photo? It’s the only thing that keeps me from purchasing this theme.

1) Megamenu is available? I didn’t see it
2) Font Awsome icons are avaible (in order to add icons on cart and wishlist menu)

I added ssl certificate to the site, and i ran https://www.whynopadlock.com/ to see why the lock was not showing and I got 9 errors, but was only able to fix 7, the two still remain, one is of the demo.tidycreations.com and the other one is of an image i cannot seem to find… the site is www.shopdoll.com I’d appreciate the help. it happened when i added the ssl and the lock isn’t appearing so my host server got me to scan it and i got those errors so in order for the lock to appear i have to fix them
What errors ? dont think it would be anything to do with theme. Its more likely to do with your server setup.
I spoke to the server, which is godaddy and they said it’s not the server and that the developer should have insight on this. If you go to https://www.whynopadlock.com/ and scan www.shopdoll.com you will see the errors. The icons you added, and the demo.tidycreations it’s giving some issues on the site.
Hi, I just had a look and a couple of those errors are relating to jquery itself and the others are relating to an uploaded image and the theme url which I cant see anything wrong with so im not sure why its pointing those out.
I have no idea either, never had these problems. It all started when they added the ssl certificate. The lock doesn’t show and that scan indicates as to why.
Hi the footer links dont work for me, it only shows as text when you try put in htlm links, you demo install shows the text rather than this
rather than the img it just shows the link.

hi yes we can edit the file so its hard coded but just letting you know the theme footer option in the panel doesnt work

Hi, I dont mean to add it manually, i mean to edit the output so it doesnt escape the html tabs. If you remove the parts that say esc_url or esc_attr from the footer it should work.
For some reason, under the center logo I can’t get the menu items to change. Even if I delete all menus, it still won’t go away. Any ideas?

Its strange because no one else seems to be having the same issue which makes me think it must be something to do with your install or server setup. Could you please try removing everything and installing the theme on a fresh install of wordpress. Then see if it gives the error before you install the plugins ?
