Plugins Restricted? When I try to install plugins it’s saying that they’re restricted. On both child theme AND on regular theme. Also, I can’t post a ticket because I’m using a staging server and your support system will not accept that url—please do not point me there. Very frustrated with this theme. I’ve purchased 3 copies, have never had an issue as basic and frustrating as this!

The child theme is not necessary, you may want to use it if you are planning to do big modifications to the theme. If you are only doing small modifications you can add the custom css to the theme options panel using the main theme, this will still be there even if you update the theme.
Use the child theme if you are going to add a lot of custom css or even adding some functions for the theme. ( The child theme only need to be activated in this case )

Question A: Is the 6-column capability built into the shortcodes or visual editor… or, does it require me to enter some custom CSS?
About my other question…. The hover animation I’m looking for is to change image to an alternate image. My website has over 70 of these, so I’d prefer it to be built into the theme, rather than me entering custom javascript snippet in my various webpages.
My question B: Do you plan to add a hover animation for alternate image?

The 6 columns is built using the page builder so you don’t need to worry about this.
For the image animation this is currently not possible. Also there is currently no module available to do what you are looking for so you would have to add your custom code. Using the single image module this is not possible so we would need to add a new module to do this, for the moment this is not in our plan.

Thank you. I run several production sites, with thousands of paid members logging in. I’m seeking to obtain a template which as the alternate image mouseover animation built in, and we’re wanting to avoid us writing custom code as it introduces several problems:
(1) No matter how clean and modular the custom code, it often breaks with new updated versions of WP templates; therefore we have to apply the new WP template version in a sandbox environment, test, and then create fixes, and only after that process can we install an template update in our live production environment with heavy member activity. (2) If our custom code is based on JQuery, then often when the template update uses a different version of JQuery as we are using, there are come conflicts and some things don’t work correctly. So again we must apply template in our sandbox environment, and always make sure that our custom code is using the same JQuery version as the template is using, and if different then we must adjust our code to work with the same JQuery version.

I would like to request that you add an alternate image mouseover animation to your template.
(a) Many templates have this, including the top selling templates.
(b) More Sales—Your template would sell better, because this is a POPULAR item. If you’d like to see just how popular, then google for “javascript image rollover” and you will find over 200,000 search results with articles on how to code this. All of those articles are about using an alternative image as the rollover image.
(c) Deal Breakers—Many prospective buyers look for one or two features, and if a template does not have those features, then it’s a “deal breaker” and that prospective buyer moves on to the next template and checks it out. For example, a visual editor (which your template does indeed have) is something that many prospective buyers look for. Many templates are weak in the area of image mouseover effects, and for many experienced webmasters, that’s a deal breaker. Your template has many nice image mouseover effects, but if you took it to the next level, then prospective buyers would know this, and you may realize more sales.
(d) Referrals— Our two largest websites have thousands of paid members who log into our website. They are all web masters, and very interested in site development, including WP templates. Many figure out which know template is used on our site (or they ask our help desk), and they themselves go out and purchase that template for their websites. ...So up to now we have been supporting your template competitors… but, if we used your template then our customers would instead be purchasing your template… food for thought! : – )

This theme is one of the best I have used ever.
However, I am running into an issue with the responsive functions. When I click to hide an element on desktop it does not work. Hiding elements on mobile devices works fine but not those to be hidden on desktop. I’ve tried every variation I can think of with this.
Any ideas or help?

How well does your forms in the contact us page link with mailchimp plugins. Is your theme created with Mailchimp integration or is this something we need to customize on our own. If not is this something that will be looked into for a later release?

Oh man, I am so disappointed in this theme 
It looks amazing, it really does, but I have spend hours and hours trying to make it work and am banging my head against the wall. The documentation is so basic and doesn’t really help at all. This theme is NOT suitable for a wordpress beginner, so take care if you’re not super familiar with wordpress and making websites already. I trusted all the marketing hype about it being super easy to use and I have not found it easy to use AT ALL! I have not yet been able to make a page work, every time I add an image or anything other than basic text, the pages won’t show at all.

I am sorry to hear that you have problem setting the theme.
It seems that the problem you are having is that the version of the theme and visual composer you are using is not compatible with the version WordPress you are using.
What you should do now :- delete the visual composer plugin
- update the theme to 1.33
- go to Appearance > plugins to install the new version of the visual composer
Then you should be able to create pages without problem.

This issue was caused by the page loader, I actived the simple version instead of the other one and now I can browse my website with HTTPS connection.
I have another problem now, when I try to import a color scheme from the admin panel, it doesn’t really update it even if it asks for a confirm.
That’s not big problem so I’d rather talk here on themeforest, thanks.
