Hi, I am using “Auto Fetch Data” with youtube but even I have “Fetch Video Tags” enabled, tags are not fetched, All other 3 are working fine (Title, Description and Views). What could be the problem?

The API of Youtube does not provide “Video Tags” so Auto Fetch Tags does not work with video from Youtube, it work with Vimeo Video only. You could add Tags manually when editing the post.

I try visit wp-admin and it redirects to buddypress page, then this page doesn let me login even with correct details.

You should deactive BuddyPress via FTP (by changing BuddyPress plugin’s folder name)
Then login and re-config your login options in Theme options.

Hello, I’m not able to submit a support ticket on your site as it says it cannot connect with Evanto to verify, but I am having problems following your install video, the JW Player Plugin will not install and I get an Error Code 443 and 447. I looked on wordpress.org and found that this plugin no longer exist in their repository. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hello ! Is it possible to completely hide the theme of the menu ? I use a plugin and I would like that you can not see the whole theme of the menu, I have checked ” Hide Main Navigation” but part of the menu remains visible ( on PC and mobile)

The space you see is Headline position. You can hide headline by going to Theme Options > Headline Section > Show Headline > Hide

Note: Include the blank space.
2. You can use this CSS Code segment at Theme Options > Custom CSS to change the spacing line of content

You can only use HTML code to add blank space like that. Another code is to use this (use in Text mode). (there isn’t a space with “&” and “nbsp;”)& nbsp;Each code is an empty space. Adding several code will give you a longer space

Maybe you can consider to make a shortcode for some custom text that not will be overrided, or at least some option in the editor itself (button) for inserting that space with selecting the number of characters.

1. You can re-upload a new feature image of your post in the Edit Post page.
2. You need to install Cactus Channel plugin and when you create a page, please choose Subcribed Channels for Template. You can follow our document to configure your website by yourself. http://doc.cactusthemes.com/newstube/#page_setup_sub3. The latest version of those plugins are always attached in our lastest theme’s installation package. Please check.

Is everything functional with WP 4.3?
Yes, as far as we know, it works fine on WP 4.3
WP 4.3 does cause a couple issues. I use the included revolution slider 5 – before updating to 4.3 everything worked great, after 4.3 the slider is missing
Revolution Slider 5 is quite different from previous Revolution Slider versions. (it has nothing to do with the update of WP) Probably you will nede to reconfigure the sliders

Thanks for your comment. That issue happens to almost every WordPress theme due to the nature of CMS (especially plug and play plugins/features). When you use a lot of plugins, the performance grade may go down. You could use a cache plugin to optimize that.
However, we are still working on improving True Mag performance.

I have purchase multiple themes before and always wanted to improve the theme so it can be better for other users. SEO is a big factor when it comes to your site being visible by google. Its sad to see theme developers not wanting to improve the themes SEO or at least the file path for user to fix the Htags. If you purchased this theme or plan to purchase it make sure your Htags are correct specially if your trying to get your site indexed correctly by google.

If you want to edit the logo tag, it’s in header-navigation.php. If you want to edit the H tags, there are many files that you need to edit so we are not sure if you want to see the file list (most of the files)
SEO is quite a relative definition. In our opinion, your solution is not the most effective one. However, that’s out of the discussion and you are free to edit the theme according to your needs (as you may know, theme is provided as it is, meaning “what you see is what you get”)
