Hi team, I’m trying to get a page of with various collections on it. I’ve used Shopify’s template page.list-collections but using your theme all I get is my collections sitting horizontally. Do you have a workaround for this?

Yes we have open tickets in your support panel and you have access already. It is urgent.
I checked, but there don’t have that Javascript errors (Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).owlCarousel is not a function). Please clear browser cache and check it again.

The error happens randomly if you open and close the browser then go to the site again it will happen when the slider doesn’t load. Please advise.
Do you know TeamViewer? If can, please give me ID and password (via support panel), I will remote your PC to check this problem.

thanks for your quick reply. actually you can test it yourself. The issue is for visitor that already member of that site, after signing in and click the love symbol of any product. It cannot record/keep the loved product on their member area

Oh Yes, somehow it fixed itself, weird!
Anyway, I have another question now. Is there anyway to set random value on the ‘limited edition’ feature? So if I sent random 20-30, then the stock will start with random value between 20 to 30.

Is there the ability to have custom tabs on the products? I see size and shipping, but want to create custom tabs for other things, is this possible? If so, how? I don’t see it in the config options.

I`m trying to choose a Theme for my store. I liked your Theme but I have couple of questions. 1- is it possible to disable floating topbar? 2- is it possible to add subcategories under left sidebar grib categories to have bulleted left sidebar categories? 3- Quick look doesn’t shop Sizes of products. Is it possible to do this on theme editor so I have size info in Quick look windows as well.

1. Yes, you can disable floating topbar in setting page
2. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to ad subcategories with Shopify. But you can make it using linklist. If you like, we will customize for you.

We need more slideshow options. I am unable to make the entire image a link even with an badge. Is there a work around? I need to be able to make sliders linkable. Not just a call to action button.

Is it possible to show a dynamic link list in the collection side bar.. Our goal is to only show the links under a certain category… When we enable “Product Categories” in the collection sidebar it shows ALL collections.

So your telling me to upgrade you have to manually go through EVERY custom image??? Theres gotta be an easier way! Saving a preset should save the image data as well!

It would really help if you could tell us which are different, this way any user that customizes the theme knows what files they need to fix after an update. I know many themes do this now for shopify.

This theme is half work and full of bugs, i prefer to get my money back and to buy a other theme from a developer who at least try to make a them 100% working..

To upgrade this theme without missing the settings, please
- Upload the new version
- Go to the old version > Edit HTML/CSS > Config > settings_data.json > copy all content of this file
- Go to the new version > Edit HTML/CSS > Congif > settings_data.json > delete all content of this file > paste all config of the old file into the new file
- Go to the new version > Customize theme > upload your images again, such as slideshow images, brand images, ...
- Please preview the new version before publishing

You need change data-max-width attribute in setting file to upload larger image.

Hi there, we purchased the theme but seem to be finding a few issues? The Static image seems to be way of the the left leaving a big gap in the homescreen, and when viewing a collection the header image, which is set in the theme settings, cannot be different for each collection, is that correct?

just updated to 1.3 versie…
there are nog bug fixes en the are more bugs now….
To name just a few!
1: Header > Logo> Hover color > doesn’t work.
2: Navigation> background color doesn’t work.
3: Social config > social media icons > Icons colour > doesn’t work
4: Slides show Banner> Look and feel > Bug: Scale image
Im NOT HAPPY with this theme there are NO bug fixes and there are NO added features!
The response is always the same ! Send a email or open a ticket….
Just help me here on themeforest!

1+2. We fixed it for you.
3. The footer social media icons color will be the same with “footer link color settings”, this is the way the theme works. However, we made changes as you want. Please check.
4. I think there is misunderstanding here. The “scale” options is ONLY FOR MOBILE display. If you uncheck this option, on mobile, the image will be fit the screen. In other words, the image will be focus at center and be cut off around.
Also, as I told you in previous comment, we will include these minor bugs fixed into next update for winter season (just in a couple days). I really appreciate your feedback and patience
