Hello, it has been several weeks since someone has responded to me via email and I’m unable to start a new topic in your item support (even logged in), so I am hoping I will receive some attention here.
I am running into an important issue where the menu, interior page header images and hero section titles are disappearing only when being viewed on tablet devices. The issue does not occur on mobile or desktop. This must be some coding/responsive issue and it is not specific to my site, it even partially occurs with your own theme demo.
Below are some screenshots of your theme demo pages as they appear on desktop/mobile vs tablet. My site (sayheytheresocial.com) is even worse because the imagery, Hero Section Title, and menu also get lost on the interior pages – whereas in your demo just the images disappear.
Can someone please help me resolve ASAP so my tablet visitors are able to see all my content?

Purchase Code Registration is only available for Direct Buyers. That means we’re the direct buyer, we own only a purchase code and the plugin was packaged with your theme. We’ll always make sure to include the latest version in the main theme package so you can update yours.
Note:
The theme includes a license for this plugin so you don’t have to buy it.
You don’t have to activate the plugin license, it’s already activated.
You can’t update the plugin directly from the it’s producer.
You don’t have to worry about the plugin update warnings.
We provide updates on a regular basis, after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme update, inside the ../plugins folder.

If I have a secondary menu, the primary menu item that opens the sub menu is not clickable? So SHOP with cart – checkout – account under SHOP, ship is not clickable? that does Is that correct?
I would like to use Visual Composer to place a full width RAW HTML block as the hero header above the SHOP page products list. Is this possible? If so, can you point me to the place in the documentation to make this happen? Or provide insight on how I can accomplish this?
