Hi, You should translate porto widgets plugin. You can find default po file in wp-content/plugins/porto-widgets/languages folder. You can change directly in wp-content/plugins/porto-widgets/widgets/contact_info.php

After updating the theme MasteerSlider plugin caused me many issue, first of all this notice Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/itblproject/public_html/wp-content/plugins/masterslider/includes/msp-functions.php on line 718 Tried updating from theme plugins panel, through ftp but the issue remains. My site is very close to go online. What to do? Also Woocommerce stop working in some pages, 404 error, I had to uploaded it through FTP from Wp repository because it stops when updating but now some pages don’t work. Please help,

You can use the master slider old version. I think you can find this plugin in old porto theme.

Don’t have a way. You should overwrite the template file in porto child theme.
Hi. When you try to insert via composer any master slider displays message – “Invalid slider ID or alias”. In this case, the sliders have different alias and they just are.
Please deactivate this plugin in Plugins and delete. Please install and activate again in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Yes, we understand basic HTML if it’s required to be hardcoded. But please give us the full instructions on how to do it. We are not professional in wordpress and it’s hard for us. We just want to have the quote display and repeat itself infinitely. Thank you
When edit the page, please add the visual composer text block shortcode. When edit this shortcode, please edit the content in HTML mode.

Simply does not work for me. I have uninstalled WP 4 times and have never gotten the demo data to load. I have also constantly gotten error messages with installing all of the plugins. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve made the changes that you suggested. I then tried to do the manual upload. The upload is taking 30 minutes plus. Is this normal?
1. While on restoring database, leave it running for 15 minutes. 2. After 15 minutes, open another tab and try to login to wp-admin with WP Admin username/password of the exported site 3. Go to settings -> permalinks and save the permalink structure At this point the website should be successfully migrated.

Which styles do you need to add? Regards.
Hi I would like to be able to style the mobile menu. Ex. Change the font size, color. Choose background styles (full width, half width), animation (slide left, slide right, slide top). You can see some examples here: http://goo.gl/rjoktI (I like # 13)
You can change the background color in Theme Options > Skin > Mobile Panel. You can’t change the font size. You should add custom styles or customize porto theme mobile panel.
I was aware of this, but I was asking you to add those custom style options to the next release as a feature request.

If you want to add in the header, you should change porto_header_socials() function in inc/functions/layout.php on line 1083. If you want to add in the footer, you should change in wp-content/plugins/porto-widgets/follow_us.php
When edit the shop menu item, please add a new menu item (level 2). When edit this menu item, please select Don’t link” and configure Columns (only wide) to 4 and add a block slug name in Block Name. If you imported demo, you can add “menu-ads”. You can edit “Menu Ads” block in Blocks.

You should select the Popup Columns to 2 Column in Shop menu item and the Columns to 2 in the added menu item.

Can you check in to these css errors. We are using the latest version of the template, however we run into issues when we start optimizing delivery of css and js files. This causes things to break in a mobile view.
I inspected the css files using http://csslint.net/ and found a lot of errors in the following files:
