Hello, that’s me again. Everything is looking good, but I just uploaded my first video and everything works well on PC, but it can’t be seen on mobiles, why?, maybe I made something wrong? or maybe I need another format for my videos ( my videos are in mp4). Thank you very much.
My videos are self-hosted videos, I have them in my amazon s3 bucket.

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we do not have plan to add “featured image URL” yet. Such feature will require a lot of work, for example, you cannot manage different versions of image to adapt with different screen sizes.

That’s the exchange between responsive-ness and number of thumbnails you have.
To remove thumbnails, you can just delete the declaration of image sizes in functions.php. Search for this: “add_image_size…” and just remove the size you don’t want.

Our site is under construction and we would like to have a temporary home page that does not have a menu only one image with no menu on top ...
We want to keep the other pages with the menu during the short time we are building the site … I can not seen any way to set up a single ‘under construction” page so that it does not have a menu.
Jupiter has two entire sections at the bottom of each page/Post that allow you to remove nav, headers, footers and so much more:

I agree with the previous posters that the install was not clean and is missing a lot of data.
But my bigger problem now is the navigation. I have the Theme Options setting as follows
Main Navigation
— Top Navigation Layout: Layout 3 (Headline on Top) ...so that I can have social media icons appear and a search bar is appearing that I do not want!
——Fixed Top Navigation: Enabled. so that I have a sticky header (not working)
Headline Section
—-Disabled
My header now is all screwed up with a search bar between the logo on the left and the navigation which is bold now …??? . I do not want the search bar … And the sticky header will not work at all when the Headline section is inserted (with or without that little rotating headline feature)

1. That depends on your layout you used. Theme will be automatically responsive to the mobile screen to display correctly.
2. That is Ajax layout. You can select that layout by going to Theme Options > Blog > Pagination.
3. In order to add the personal image in testimonial section, you can upload an image to the avatar section. Please see this image. http://imgur.com/hwbAsVI for more details
4. Shortcodes are still working on text widget. Just copy paste the shortcode (you can create a sample page to get the code) into text widget

1. It is because of your thumbnail. please check this image: http://esonijekori.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/1178.jpg you can try with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to regenerate your thumbnails again.
2. Currently, TrueMag theme has three 3 styles: Default Wordpress, Ajax, WP PageNavi. You can select them by going to Theme Options > Blog > Pagination.
3. You only need to select the slider layout to display on your page. In addition, please install all plugins that theme requests to display correctly.
4. You can add this CSS Code segment to Theme Options > Custom CSS to get that
.video-listing .item-head h3, .smart-box-content .item-head h3 {white-space: normal;}

Two questions.
1. If I update the BAWS Post View Count plugin, I understand there are some issues. Will I loose my views that I already have?
Here (http://ticket.cactusthemes.com/kb/faq.php?id=73) you say it resets to 0. If I do the fix will I get the original views back?
2. I’ve found the CSS code to keep the “more videos” open all the time, but is there a way to remove the “more” button?

1. It doesn’t reset to 0. In fact, it fixes the problem that the Count is reset to 0
2. To hide the “More” button, use this Custom CSS

In regards to #1..when you use this solution, it shows the view count twice. Once next to the like buttons and then once below the content in brackets as such (5).
How do you hide the double count?
