I purchased the true host themeforest html version some months ago but after installing found I could not edit. Too much of a learning curve. Its just been sitting unedited for 6 months. Is there a possibility that I could exchange for the word press version or pay a discounted price to purchase the word press version?

I am trying to use different icons inside the circles (where there are currently “rocket”, “bars”, etc.). I went to the website where the icons are, and I’ve found some I want to use, but don’t know how to get the new icons loaded into the theme. Could you please provide some assistance.

Hello, I bought a license for the truehost theme. Nice theme by the way. My Problem, I wanted to place a “post grid”. But obviously its not working with the theme (its not shown in the frontend). Its shown in the Frontend-editor with visual composer but not in the actual frontend. I changed to another theme and its showing without any problems. Is there a solution for this?

Hi there, yesterday I bought this “truehost” WP-template. Now the problem is that I do not know how to integrate my WHMCS-installation correctly. When clicking “WHMCS” from the main menu my WHMCS opens, but in the same tab,- and not in the templates container. What do I have to do to solve this?

I have recently received mail regarding an update to the TrueHost theme and have downloaded the latest version. Looking through the documentation, I could not locate any instructions specifically addressing what steps are required to update a working site, without adversely affecting anything. Is there a procedure I can use to ensure I get the updated capabilities without risking losing any changes made to the slides and descriptive text?

I purchased TrueHost Theme for WHMCS enabling. In your documentation, WHMCSPress is mentioned at various places, including a shortcode appearing while clicking at WHMCS navigation menu. However, we could not find its functionality or plugin any where. We are not able to use the Theme and WHMCS function. I am using the OT Service box, most icons of iconmoon.io are not showing, only 20% are working, the rest are not showing up in the circle next to the text.

Please advise if there are any other icons I could use or make work?
