is there a way of getting the search box on the homepage to run along the bottom of the rev slider like it does on airbnb homepage? when I have the revolution slider set with transparent header, the standard rectangular search box is covering part of the navigation.

Hi Dea, This option is already implemented – you need to go into theme options – advanced search – and put “Search type ?” to “type 2”.
Additional you can set the position of the search bar via css by changing the bottom property for . adv-search-1 class in style.css line 8893

One other thing I had noticed… The facebook widget doesn’t resize properly when shown on iphone4 in portrait mode, part of the end of the widget is lost off the end of the page

During development many things can get delayed or change. We can’t foresee everything in advance, especially for complex changes like the ones in your list. Also, we can’t know how long these changes will take.

HI, -can you set dates as block, If you mean – set custom prices per “block” the answer is yes
-minimum number of nights? You can set a custom field as “minimum number of nights” but tat this moment the booking script is not doing any checks for a minimum amount of nights. This option will be implemented in a future version

Hi, In theme options -> design options you have Headings Color for h1 h1 etc and Font Color for body color./
Of course you can do that directly into css also – if you want to do that you should use a child theme.

Please do not update theme with filename changes, your last update completely has different file names of the pictures, which was changed by my designer. And now impossible just to copy the same files in a new theme folder.
Hi, We did not updated the theme by filename changes – especially images. When we are releasing new theme versions we may add new files but never delete or change the names of the existing ones.
Anyway, I hope you are using a child theme for customization of your website. If your designer has questions you can open a ticket at support.wpestate.org and the devel team will be happy to answer.

Hi, There is no other api implemented in the theme. In the future we will add a wire transfer feature but i cannot give you a hard date for this.
If you need a new payment process you would need to implement that yourself via code changing.

Hi, Great theme. Just a question, looking at the payment process between the user and property owner! Is there anyway in which we could hold the payment (holding) until user checks into property. As this process could potentially leave the booker handing over money upfront without the website verifying the property owner.
Hi, At this moment payment between user is happening outside the system(on key delivery): http://help.wprentals.org/2015/10/28/how-booking-works/ . The booker will handle only a downpayment/service fee to the site owner in order to confirm the reservation. In the future we will develop money transfer from site owner to owner – but for the moment the process is like the one described in the link above. Thanks

Hello. Excellent theme. It is possible the site administrator to make full or partial payment intermediation at the time of booking ?. ie the value of the reserve would be paid to the owner of the site and later transferred to the property owner ?. I am six months in search of a theme without error and functional and its was what impressed me most, however as I would be mediating the reservation, I was in doubt as booking payments works. I think it would be ideal in case of rent, to secure booking, 50% or even 100% would be paid upon booking to the site administrator, and the rest of the payment for the property owner hands with it, the client would get a guarantee that is really guaranteeing a real reservation, as if for some reason does not work with the property owner, the customer would have to back guarantee amounting to 50% or the total amount that was paid to the owner from the website. A valuable tip I give you. Value of the reserve is paid to the site owner in current version. This value is also the service fee for the site owner. If the site owner wants to pay something to the property owner it would have to pay it outside this system

You can set the % in admin – can be 0 to 100%, However the payments from site owner to property owner is a feature that doesn’t exist at this moment.
Anyway, this type of payments is already on the wish list and will be implemented in a future version, but i can;t give you a hard date yet.

Hi, It all depends of your needs. You can add new custom fields(via theme options) and remove default ones (via code change) to suit your needs. However the theme cannot be used for per hour renting – only per day rent. Thanks

1. I want to inspect admin area and customer area, how I can do it? For user dashboard you can signup on our demo wprentals.org and use that account. For Wordpress admin – to see the theme options – please open a ticket at support.wpestate.org and we will give you credentials to a demo account.
2. I need to do some customisation on my local server, can I do it? I’m not sure i understand your question. If you want to customize your theme you can put it on test domain or local server and work there. We always worked on test domain (not localhost) so i don;t know if you will have to do special settings for working on localhost.
3. Does this theme support multilanguage? The theme is translation ready and tested with WMPL (multi language plugin)

Hi Anna This theme looks just right for my client who rents out about 60 holiday apartments in the south of France. I am very interested in purchasing the theme to build a new website for him. Just a few questions first: 1 For property submission, can I make category / listed in optional instead of mandatory? 2 For blocking dates, can I import reservations from an xml file? I think this probably isn’t a feature of the theme but I assume that I can code a script to enter the data directly into the database. 3 For property submission, can I import property data from an xml file if I code this myself? I have done this with other themes. 4 Can I set price per week instead of per night? Hi Terry, Here are the answers Yes but only via code changing. In the next version we would have the import and expot of icaledar files.There are not xml but they are the standard for this industry.

You can set a price per night, a price per night if a user books for more than 7 days and a price per night if a user books for more than 30 days. There is no default option to set a price per week.
