have you actually installed and modified flatastic to work with dokan, or do you mean that it is a nice woocommerce theme in general?
reason i ask is that if using dokan with a custom theme like flatastic, the “individual stores” do not use the page.php template
rather, they use the index.php template which needs to be customized by the site owner
do you have a fully working version of flatastic working with dokan that you can demo?

Yes he did fix the issues… and made a whole theme update for it… This theme is already the most powerful woocommerce theme ever right out of the box… the author has resolved every issue I have found in a prompt matter… great support… you don’t see that much here on themeforest.. I really hope this authors themes take off… highly recommended… 10 stars..

I check many themes to see the quality and design. I usually send suggestions to authors if I see more scope on those themes. Its upto the authors to take the suggestions or ignore that. There is no board in themeforest to sent theme and design suggestions to the authors. I am marketing person if I see cross/up selling I say that. That’s all. Once I message you to develop a “Educational course selling theme” (not LMS). Because there is NO theme in themeforest for that. But in Templatemonster you can find it. Its only a suggestion. As an excellent developer if you consider suggestions for new add on theme you may get more sales. Thats all!

One more suggestion: Only 4-5 authors are having wc vendor added themes in Themeforest. But if you search Themeforest on following key words you won’t see all of your themes.

Many customers who are looking for multi-vendor WP themes will miss your themes and you loose sales. I hope you understand what I am saying.

Hi, I have a few questions.
1. I would like to know if the widget on the sidebar “woocomerce product categories” is taking categories automatically from woocomerce and it’s not a new menu created.
2. About this demo page, the category sidebar: http://velikorodnov.com/wordpress/flatastic/classic/?post_type=product If I have a subcategory “Example” on Kids > Jackets > Example, could I expand the Jackets subcategory in order to see the example one? It’s important to me the possibility of expanding the subcategories, too.
3. If I activate the Woocommerce option of seeing the main shop as categories, is the category sidebar working the same way and showing me the subcategories instead of the products?

I opened a ticket before and you recommended that I delete my theme and all it’s plugins and start anew with the update. I did that and now I lost all my work, slider, popup, chat, all the settings I had are gone, work is gone, and you want to open another ticket?

All data is stored into the database, not into the theme
Your Vague and useless responses are repulsive. And it’s the reason I’m in the situation right now. If you don’t step up your customer service my review will drop to one star and I will demand a refund. You didn’t say that that the data was stored on a database, you simply sent me a link guiding me on how to delete my theme and plugins and you provided no basis for that response. It obviously had NOTHING to do with my issue. Now, you provide another vague one sentence response that explains absolutely NOTHING. You closed the last ticket immediately after sending me that useless response, SO YOU FIND THE TICKET!!! I deleted the email long ago. And I’m starting to give up on this theme. Its very problematic, and even worse, your customer service needs a overhaul. I lost all my work because of your sloppy customer service, I have got NOTHING done with this theme since I purchased almost three weeks ago.

I did open up a ticket!! And you sent a link, NOTHING ELSE, explaining to me how to delete my theme and plugins. It had NOTHING to do with my issue. And INSTANTLY after sending that you closed the ticket without even waiting for me to respond. Now you want me to open another ticket? I’m fully aware that this is a comment area. My previous post was a comment. I asked for NO support anywhere in that text. Your support SUCKS bottom line. I’m just going to request a refund. I deleted my post the other day because of the update I wanted to give it another shot. But this update brought more problems, and with your support, your wasting my time and money.

That’s because you CLOSED the ticket with the response!!! This was last week sometime. How can you not have the ticket? I had an email, which I deleted,you should have it on your server. The ticket was about the default/provided plugin issues and not being able to deactivate them or delete them. I told you I’d rather purchase my own and that I would like to deactivate and delete the provided plugins. Your response was the same generic response you have provided in the comments section here with a link on how to delete my theme and plugins and how to reinstall the theme. Now, NOTHING works and my work has been corrupted/deleted. If you would have looked into my issue properly thie first time we wouldn’t be here having this chat. I’m done. Requested a refund through envato.

This theme seems incredible. Lots of extras many other woocommerce themes don’t offer. I’m basically sold but I always have to wonder the reason envato list the price less than $64 the max for wordpress themes when other woocommerce themes alone get that price. Can you maybe elaborate why if possible? I know it a bit unorthodox asking for a sales pitch when you’ve highlighted the great things this theme has to offer already. Just figured I’d ask in hopes of maybe a little backend info. All in all great work. I look forward to buying but I’ll wait for a response first.
Hi, I spent money to buy extended license of each plugin. For example Standart license of VC costs $34 http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431 , but I had to buy extended license for $170. In this case I can implement plugin into the theme. As you can see We use many plugins and I spent about $1000 to buy each plugin. Our customers get them for free. You can ask – why? Because competition is very high and I want that customers choose our product:)

I am interested in buying this theme, i have a couple of questions before i buy.
1. can there be a mandatory selection for each product on the product page, before it is added to the cart by the user. For example: veg or non-veg tick-boxes.
2. also is there an option to add a drop-down of weight to each product as mandatory to add to cart. ex: 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, ......
3. is currency for Indian rupee symbol available?
4. finally, login and checkout buyers only through Facebook account.
If i can be sorted on these, i will be very happy to go ahead and start using this theme.

This is standart functionality of Woocommerce. https://docs.woothemes.com/document/variable-product/ Rupee is also available for woocommerce https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-all-currencies/ See, you can find on our plugin bundle free social login plugin, but you have to adjust it: crate facebook app, approve it on facebook, etc.
