Hello, I am using Headers 5 and 7 in a multi language site. How can I add the language menu (switcher) in the menus?
Also, I would like to have it displayed in the mobile menu. At the moment it is hidden.

I’m sorry for this dumb question but I’ve been trying to figure out what a preloader does on the site and what is the advantage of it. How does it looks like?
You can check one of preloader styles here. It shows up before content is fully loaded to prevent users from watching the page loading process. You can enable it for a single page in page settings or for all site at once in Theme options.

There isn’t an option to set logo position to Top for all pages at once at the moment unfortunately, the only thing you can do without changing code is to enable Logo position Top for each page. We can also change the default logo posiition in theme code if you need.

There are only Classic mode and Backend editor available in Visual Composer at the moment. We’ve disabled the Frontend editor till it’s properly elaborated and we’ll be able to enable it in the theme.

We haven’t used such option on the theme. However, we’ve found such solution in a post. Please, add the recommended code to wp-content\themes\ronneby\header.php to the line 20 (replace the existing code) and check the site.

Yes, it’s possible to disable the dotted bottom border in the header. Please, add this code to Theme options > Main options > Custom CSS field:

Yes, that worked. I figured it was something like that, I just wasn’t sure what element to attach the “cover” too.
Also, I notice that the “fixed image” and parallax features don’t work when viewed with an iPad. Any ideas on a possible solution for that?

All the parallax effects are disabled on mobile devices as far as some of the customers asked for such option.

We’ve checked the site. There seems to be the CSS code that causes the issue. Please, check this code in Theme options > Main options > Custom CSS:

I was hoping that in seeing Visual Composer was included with this template, that I would be able to use the front-end capabilities of VC. Is that not the case, or am I doing something wrong while using it?

Absolutely love your theme! It’s modern, compelling and fits the mold of exactly what I envision in establishing my organization’s website. I have two quick questions for you!
This is the first time I have ever created a website so please bare with me if my terminology is not entirely concise.
1. I want to put a revolution slider on my main home page. I have been able to do that by removing the sticky header from the heading options. However, that removed header #2 off of every single one of my other pages. I want to keep header number two on all of my other pages while being able to have a revolution slider in the place of the sticky header on my home page. Is that possible?

As for your questions:
1. Please try to enable stunning header back again and select For page builder page template for your home page to disable stunning header on it (this page template doesn’t have stunning header).You got your header #2 invisible for the single items (it is most obviously visible but of the same color as a background so you cannot see it) because you disabled stunning header. Please let us know if you need our assistance with this issue and we’ll help you with it.

However, I am confused about the next step! In reference to this: “and select For page builder page template for your home page to disable stunning header on it (this page template doesn’t have stunning header).”
So where do I go to disable the stunning header on the first page? I am using wordpress, by the way. I don’t know if that helps! But yes, I really want that home page to display the revolution slider at the top! So I just need clarification on how to get rid of that stunning header only on page 1! Thank you!!!
Please get to the page backend and find the Page attributes metabox to the right from the content section. You will find the Template dropdown list in this metabox. Please select For page builder option from the drop-down list and click Update. That’s all. Please let us know if you need our assistance with this issue and we’ll do that for you. Hi there,
I have problems with the WPBakery Visual Composer (4.7.4 ) and WooCommerce (2.4.10 ). When I Active WooCommerce I get an Error!
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /home/.........../wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2258
When I turn off WooCommerce then it works normal. I use the latest version of the Ronneby theme.

This issue is most probably caused by the low memory_limit set on the server. Please, contact your host and ask to increase the memory limit to about 128M. It has to help.

This issue is caused by the max_input_vars server configuration value. Most probably it’s set to 1000. T process more menu elements, please, contact your host and ask to increase the max_input_vars value. We use 5000 at the demo websites.

Yes, there can be issues while installation caused by the server configuration.
PHP version 5.4 and higher,
memory_limit 128M
max_execution_time, max_input_time 60
max_input_vars 5000 (for big menu, like on a demo)
upload_max_filesize 60M
We’d also recommend to have allow_url_fopen and open_basedir properties set to On on the server.
Also, it would be great if the other parameters can be modified.
