I have a few questions
1. Would there be a way to eliminate the pop up intro – meaning it’s just not there – the first page is where the slider is?
2. Would there be a way to just have a standstill picture and not a slider?
3. Could I have the navigation buttons and that entire row the slider navigation bar is on removed?

Hello! The thing is that we can’t support all the available plugins, please check the plugins compatibility on the theme preview page. You may contact the plugin developers to resolve the issue, but please note that portfolio is a custom post type.

I’m having a problem with the demo content. Everything imports fine except for the images. It creates around 100 blank images with “null.jpg” names and 1px by 1px sizes. I’ve tried both the theme’s importer and the XML Wordpress import. Please help.

Hello! Did you check spam folder? The confirmation email could be there, but anyway we will check whats wrong.The import.xml file was changed, we don’t import demo images anymore, only posts, pages and other sections content.

Pre sale Questions about Full Video Background:
1- Any way to set a differnt “home” image for Mobile so you don’t get the video “poster” image on mobile phones?
2- Can Video Quality be better than your demo (which is pretty bad btw) does that have to do with the host (youtube)? can one self host? Vimeo 1080 etc?

Hello! 1. As I understood you want to display image instead of a video on mobile. Is it correct? Please provide more details. 2. We use special script that stretches video according the screen dimension. It crops black borders and hides the navigation from video resource.Unfortunately, there is no way to stretch video to fullscreen and have the same quality for it. We can help you to display the default video player, but a video will not be fullscreen.

So if I don’t specify the url it will go directly to the website without having to click?
There is no auto redirect. It can be integrated only as a custom solution.
Hi, When I purchased this theme, the menu bar at the top was black but now it has spontaneously become transparent and my menus are not visible anymore. I’m wondering what has happened? How can I get it back to being black, i can’t find anything in the manual. Can you please help?

One little issue:
I got an conflict with the fullpage slider and the Facebook Slidebox. http://tinyurl.com/q4g68efIf you mouse over at the first slide its working good. At the following slides the stream disappeared. How can I fix this?

Can you include galleries and sliders on regular pages or must they be their own page? we need to have a scrolling gallery or slider running on most pages along with text.
