I want to create a page with a filterable portfolio of YouTube videos. Is that possible? Does the thumbnail image from the video show up in the portfolio grid and on the single item page?

I would also like to sell videos for download using WooCommerce. Can I have a teaser video be a product in the shop?

Can I use self-hosted videos? Can I use videos hosted elsewhere, such as Amazon S3 or Wistia?

I’ve seen comments from last year saying it will be configurable in future releases. Well, I’ve just downloaded & installed the theme and i don’t see an option for that.

Anyhow, i’ve tried the solutions mentioned before but nothing works. Please guide me how to do it correctly.

When users apply a coupon on the cart page and hit “enter”, the coupon is not applied. Coupons are only applied when users click the “apply coupon” button. Many users intuitively hit enter. Please ensure that both methods work – hitting “enter” and clicking the “apply coupon” button.

Hi there, I´ve added today the revolution slider (newest version) but there seems to be a conflict with your theme. Because you can only scroll down when the mouse is right on the left scroll bar. When the mouse is on any area of the slider it stops scrolling down the page :( Any ideas?

Okay.. forget about that :) I just found out that it was a problem within the slider template. A added a “blank” new slider and now it works :)

why all the icons cannot show up? I have this kind of problem.

I am currently having a nonsense exchange with your support (by email). Maybe I will have more chance here as this is just getting ridiculous.

The problem is with “ux_product_categories” shortcode that displays empty categories even when setting hide_empty” attribute to “1”.

For instance [ux_product_categories number="20" parent="0" columns="4" hide_empty="1"] will display empty categories which is obviously not what one would expect.

I rapidly checked the code for that specific shortcode and, unless I missed something, it looks like the “hide_emtpy” attribute is never used to discard empty categories.

I just don’t understand the reason why I just keep having your support guy trying to prove me wrong instead of just creating a fake category and test this shortcode (used on various home pages in your demo)?

Things should be really simple: Either the shortcode is working on your side (meaning it does not display empty categories) and I must be doing something really weird – or it’s not working (meaning it displays empty categories) and hopefully you will provide a fix that should really not be that difficult to implement (something like checking $category->count).

I can’t see any any ticket id in the message object. I don’t think help scout (the trouble ticket system you are using) generates a ticket id. Your best bet is to do a search on “ux_product_categories” within open tickets or do a search on my email address (I make the assumption that you can have access to my email address). Do you need additional information?

You get a ticket ID in the automatic reply.

I certainly deleted this email. The initial automatic reply notification is not the kind of email we are keeping in an overcrowded mailbox :) If Help Scout provides an option to put the ticket ID in the email object you should certainly go with it.

I’m confident that a simple search on “ux_product_categories” and/or “hide_empty” will easily bring back the ticket.

Hi Guys! I couldn’t upload the dummy content. Could you please let me know on what could be the possible issues and how to resolve it? The site just shows an error. Thought it was the space but even after upgrading the RAM it shows the same error. A prompt help would be appreciated.

Oh sorry, we are using WP Engine, and it turns out they disable the RAND query for WP – RESOLVED

I notice that the new child theme has no reference to ”@import url(”../flatsome/css/foundation.css?v=2.2”);” like the one I’m using. Should I snip that line from my child themee?

Hi there, yes you can remove that :) It was something that was included in a very early version of the child theme. The main CSS file is imported in a new and better way now.

I was getting some errors after updating wordpress and plugins. I bought the theme again, updated the theme and it fixed those errors.

But now, paypal works fine, but Stripe goes to complete order and grays out like it is thinking and never advances to complete. The credit card is charged though. So a customer this morning checked out three times (and was charged three times).

Also, neither payment sends the customer or me an email anymore (but it used to before the update).

Any suggestions?

Fantastic theme! I got a question though:

How do I disable the change from “Add to Cart” to “View Cart” below the product in grid view once the customer clicks? I want the customer to be able to add quantities >1 in the grid view already.

Or is it possible to have a +/- Box next to “Add to Cart” just like in the Product Detail View?
