Hi Avada team, I love the grid 100% masonry layout on your demo page: http://theme-fusion.com/avada/grid-100-2/ – but it’s not included in the demo content. Actually you also show masonry layouts of other “grid” layouts as well (e.g. http://theme-fusion.com/avada/3-column-grid/). How can I add that to my theme? Thanks!

Are you able to edit the page in the backend and view the content? Or are you just getting a blank screen? If its a blank screen, most likely its low PHP configs, see this post: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/requirements-for-avada/
Check the system status page in the Welcome Screen area, it will show you values in red that need fixed.

I have been thinking buying the Avada theme, but since the last wordpress update I have reading some sites are experience minor problems. The user ctcka, have expose on this forum is issue regarding the responsiveness of is site, and the avada support team have answered they where not aware of the issue, although the themefusion site have the same problem. When will you fix this? I’m planning to buy the theme this weekend but the ctcka post and support team answer make me feel not very conformable regarding your support.

Thank you for checking in with us. We can assure you that there is no problem with the responsive behavior of the demo site or Avada for that matter, after the fix has been applied for the WordPress 4.4 release. Our team thoroughly checked and tested this prior to releasing the fix.
To detail, only two issues had to be addressed, affected by he WordPress release and that was (1) the Blog shortcode and (2) A Edge browser issue with the Fusion Builder. The issues fixed are related to core functionality, therefore a fix could not affect the actual styling of the theme when applied, they are not related in any way
We have double checked our demo site -> http://theme-fusion.com/avada/ – and the footer behaviour is correct.
Keep in mind, that the header and content/footer breakpoints can be adjusted independently. This option in the Theme Options Panel affects the footer -> http://d.pr/i/1ivpH

Also your mobile version of the main site isn’t a responsive version

Bug with Toggle :
I made a toggle list of some 6 toggles. It looks nice, but it is behaving oddly:
When the page is loaded : all + signs are there and they are all closed, not open by default.
Now, when I click on one toggle title, it opens nicely, + turns into -, and if I close it, it works: – turns into + sign, and the toggle is closed.
But: if I LEAVE one toggle opened, and click on some other, then the previous toggle that I opened isnt closed and its – turns into +.. but it doesnt close… leaving me with two toggles opened…
is that a bug or am I missing something? thanks!

Switch to fusion page builder, add a toggle element and then add multiple toggle items http://d.pr/i/1fk5O in the same element. This way, they’ll be linked and the issue will be resolved.

I must apologize for bothering you so much. I just wanted to let you know about this so you can reply it to future questions, like mine…
But this was the problem: another plugin interferred!
I am using a plugin called Download Manager, and it was loading its own bootstrap JS, Bootstrap CSS and Font Awesome. Luckily the plugin has the option to turn off their loading because Avada has loaded them already.

We updated one of our Avada websites to 4.4 and seem to be experiencing a handful of minor issues. Is the next update coming out soon to address some of these?
Also, we noticed that the Facebook Feed Widget seems to not load sometimes, and this happens on both of our Avada websites using a handful of different Facebook feeds. It just loads an empty space more often than it should and it even causes other page elements to not load at all since they are (I’m guessing) waiting for the Facebook Feed Widget to load first, such as the “Related Projects” in the portfolio.
I just wanted to bring these to your attention as I am sure the next Avada update will be arriving shortly.

What issue are you referencing to for Avada with WP 4.4? We’re only aware of two of them which are listed at https://theme-fusion.com/support/knowledgebase/ and will be coming with next update.

I upgraded to WP 4.4 and Avada 3.8.8 but seem to have a general issue now with responsiveness. I don’t know if it’s WP core or Avada or a combination of the two.
On a desktop and tablet, when the width of the browser is reduced, the header behaves in a responsive manner (i.e. hamburger menu etc.) but the page content and the footer are not responsive – they simply scale down so say 4 columns are now squashed right up. On mobiles the header and footer are responsive but the page content isn’t.
All was working before the update(s).
Are you aware of others with this issue?

Thanks for helping. This is all sorted now.
I had applied the 3.8.8 fix assuming it was v3.8.8 rather than updating first to 3.8.8 THEN applying the fix. This was pointed out as I didn’t have the ‘Responsive’ section in Avada > Theme Options so although it said I was running 3.8.8 I was actually running 3.8.7. A fresh and full 3.8.8 download and install worked. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi, i got a problem with marker icon inside google maps. I followed all the steps from documentation with no results. I can’t customize the map marker.
I changed in the google maps shortcode the map stylin into “Theme Style”, put the complete url of the image and change the icon marker inside the images folder. No way.

It can be any size you wish, upload the logo to the “default” logo field and it will display in that size. If you want it to be the same size as our example, it is 225px wide x 51px tall.

All colors on elements (anything other than images) is controlled in theme options > styling tab. They are broken down into sections, check out that panel and you can adjust the colors from there.
