Since updating to 6.1.72 with Salient Visual Composer Version 4.7.4 I can no longer edit any elements with VC on our pages. Clicking on the edit pencil does nothing at all now.

Was just doing that, running through everything again to give a full write of of what we tried, discovered that it seems to be Ninja Forms conflicting. Flipped it off and all is good again. Thanks for the response!

Hey! So just to clarify, I’ve cleared up question 1 but still need assistance with question 2.
If you got into this tour: http://www.paxtontravel.co/adventure/international-slumber-party/ You’ll see that once you select a variable the add a cart button is not aligned with the amount selector and is also very close. It wasn’t like this to begin with but looks like the issue was created when some css from above was put into place to fix how the add to cart button showed up on a page that didn’t have an amount selector. So perhaps there needs to be two bits of css that address both types of products. Those that are purely variable products and those that have the amount selector. Perhaps I need to put some css just on the individual pages to fix? Hope I described the isssue clear enough for you! Thanks!

Hi there!
Just updated to 6.1.72 and the issue with parts of the page becoming unclickable when too close to the regular menu is still there. Such as the navigation arrows on the portfolio header in Agency only being able to be clicked on the bottom half after the page loads and then not at all if you move further down the page, or links added to the body as you scroll down the page becoming unclickable as if covered by an invisible barrier given off far below the menu.
The demo does not use a regular menu so I can’t check to see if it’s happening there as well. However, I had been given an init.js file to upload and replace to get rid of the issue (still haven’t tried yet to see if it works.) But I was told that the update would take care of the issue so I wanted to bring it to your attention in case that was overlooked.

This issue is still going to be fixed in the next main release, the 6.1.72 release was only put out to sort the 4.4 issues
Oh ok, my bad! Sounds good! I’m excited for the next release!

I have updated to Salient (v6.1.72) and the Nector Slider still doesn’t seem to be assigning to proper locations ( I have also cleared cache).

Do i have to update..? I have not updated the visual composer, or I did and it changed the appearance of the site, so I downgraded back. I wouldn’t want to update the theme either now… What consequenses may not updating have?
Hey, you only need to update your version of Salient if you’re running WP 4.4 – the Nectar Slider needs the latest version in order to function properly

Updated 6.1.72 Still has issues with altering fonts size, font family and background colors of many salient (like call to action) and visual composer tables throughout the theme.
I have tested in current firefox and chrome and get same results. I disabled all website caching, cleared local caches and it does not have an affect.
Just for clarity sake… version 6.1.7 does not have any of these css issue. 6.1.7 only has the nectar slider issue. Something changed to in the the nectar slider updated for WP 4.4 had an affect on these other things.

Hello Salient Creators… Love the theme… works great. However did something change with the NECTAR SLIDER feature with the wordpress update… the Slider locations aren’t doing anything on my site.
