In 1.4.4 the pagination was fixed for the category pages and product filter… ALMOST… the problem now is that it sorts the items backwards (decending / Z to A) when you click on next page or any page number… should be ascending / A to Z… this was an issue that was fixed before but now has come back…

Hi, I have a problem with pagination and ajax filter in products categories page. When I filter the products in some filter or move to page 2 or more in pagination. it’s forget what is my product category and filter what I was filtering but from all products in the store.

What can I do?

Do you currently support WC Vendors Pro? If not, is it on your timeline of compatibilities?

The big difference is in how Vendor shop pages are rendered: they’re now their own page/post type, instead of using the archive.php, I think.

I am having the same problem as @mrChristo and @DropletDigital and you have seen my video related to it… And yes if you set the pemalinks to plain it sort of works but:

1. Should be able to set permalinks to whatever you want and still work..

2. When you set the permalinks to plain it loads the first page of products when you click on page 2 or next page it loads page 1 again… have to hit it one more time to go to next page

3. Why would you remove the product filter on category pages? That is the main reason to have to product filter in the first place… it needs to work on any page there is products… You just need to have the reset button on the product filter reset to the proper category it is in instead of loading all products every time…

I have a few questions as well: I have a marketplace for vendors and products.

1) how do I make the whole website expand the width of the page instead of boxed in with white on the sides?

2) how do I make the top banner span the whole width of the website (like amazon)

3) how do I make the product boxes on the home page all the same size They fit to the size of the product image and all the boxes are uneven.

4) how can I make the search bar show without a user having to click the magnifying glass?

5) How long is the default listing period for a product? Infinite?

6) How can I search or filter by expiring listings?

7) How can I make the categories a drop down in the top menu instead of on the side bar (like Amazon)

WC Vendors features and Flatastic theme and ShopMe theme

(sorry for all the questions below, i’ve been testing TONS of woocommerce themes, and i run into various issues that i know are important to me, hence the list of questions, i hope you understand, thanks)

my site will be a multivendor site, in catalog mode only (there will be no product sales, just vendor annual subscriptions)

i would like to offer annual vendor subscription plans

i am comparing Flatastic with ShopMe themes (both nice). i’m leaning toward Flatastic but it seems that ShopMe has more features

1. can i have a “vendors” slider on the homepage? (i know you can have a “brand” slider but i’d like to highlight all my “vendors” instead)

2. can i add a 728×90 rotating banner (adrotate plugin) in the upper right side of the header area? i’d like to offer my vendors a top-of-page 728×90 rotating banner in the header where it says “Call us toll free: (123) 456-7890”, and also move the header search box down into the horizontal menu (and remove the cart buttons in the header menu to make room for the search box)

13. can i have a page that lists all WC Vendors by (1) Alphabetically and (2) by Category? so that customers can view, for example, all vendors that offer Men’s Shoes (category name) or all vendors starting with the letter B ? this kind of categorization of vendors is helpful for visitors to quickly find all vendors in their preferred category(ies)

14. which has better overall editing features? flatastic theme or shopme theme? (both nice btw)

15. can i put my social links (for my site, not the vendors social links) in the very top menu, where the currency selector is? (all the way on the right at the very top), i’d like to call attention to my social links right away

16. can i add a 728×90 banner ad at the bottom of the main body on the homepage? (above the footer)

17. does flatastic include (1) Ultimate Woocommerce Brands plugin and (2) Woocommerce Prices by User Role plugin and (3) Custom Tabs and (4) Today’s Deals and (5) Promotional Popup (and any others too) ?

18. does Flatastic come with several pre-defined Layouts as does ShopMe ?

19. can i display a table of categories/subcats on a separate page? so that visitors can see all cats and subcategories, perhaps each with an image/icon too? or is the category list displayed only through the mega menu?

the bottom line for me is that i think i’d like to get Flatastic so long as it has all the features of the ShopMe theme too

does Flatastic have all the features of ShopMe?
