Hello, today I have bought Eventr – One Page Event WordPress Theme , when i try to install the theme on wordpress, it gives me a massage if i want to try again, and a choice to get back to page. In short i cant install theme on Wordpress. At first we tried to install child zip. file, it was success, but informed that we need to install parent zip. file, but we cant do that.

Hi, congrats for the theme. Some pre-purchase questions made by my customer:
- On SPONSORS section, they’d like to have 3-level sponsorshop: first level with bigger logos, second with medium-size logos, third with small logos. Is this possible, or the SPONSORS section is “as is”? I am programmer and got no problem on adding CSS/HTML, but this sponsors on their levels must be controlled / changed trough the control panel by the customer.
- Does gallery support videos?
- They’s like to make a live streaming. Is there possibility for me to design a section with just a big button to access the external streaming site, that they could activate before event starts? Not a section streaming the event, just a section with a link on it
- And this last one is mine: is there possibility of adding custom CSS?

1- Yes it’s possible. You can setting the carousel for each sponsor area. (size, number of logo for each carousel)
2- Gallery doesn’t support the video but you can add the video anywhere you want.
3- Yes you can add the custom button for external link.
4- Yes you can add the custom CSS code via Theme Options

I just bought your theme but the dummy_data xml data won’t load. It keeps kicking me to a 404 error page and doesn’t import anything? I’ve followed the instructions to the letter and am used to importing data.
