I think there is a problem with the My Account > View Order page. e.g. www.mysite.com/my-account/view-order/xxxx/
When a customer views their order I see the following: “Order was placed on and is currently .”
If I reset back to Twentyfifteen theme I see. “Order #2481 was placed on 15th November 2015 and is currently Completed.”
Hi. This is for the customer on the order confirmation screen.
E.g. After making a purchase it should show the message “Order #2481 was placed on 15th November 2015 and is currently Completed”.
With Aurum enabled I do not get the order #, date or status. I tried going back to Twentyfifteen and it worked.

It appears perhaps a bug between the theme and WP v4.4 – I’ve been searching and found https://wordpress.org/support/topic/warning-after-the-upgrade-to-wp-44/page/2 – I tried the solution there, but it didn’t fix the problem. I see this error code above when I’m using the Products module in Visual Composer (running the latest version too from this theme)
It’s a Laborator module that is throwing up the error. Here is the code:

This only happened after upgraded to WP 4.4
Hmm I found the downloaded version is Aurum 2.6 – but if you use the toolkit you get 2.7 – perhaps you need to update the .zip? My error has gone now 
I am having the issue that on the shop page the pagination (page 2 and page 3) are not displaying in the url in the browser. When I go to page 2 it still says /shop and same with page 3. This means when I refresh the page it goes back to the first page on the shop, and when I go to a product and click the back button, it goes back to the first page on the shop.
You already responded to this issue that it is a Woocommerce issue, but I have searched extensively and found that nobody is having this issue with their shop page pagination urls.
When I hover over the “next” or “2” pagination at the bottom of the shop page the url that displays in the footer of the browser as the url is: https://blueskylingerie.com/shop/?paged=2 for page 2 https://blueskylingerie.com/shop/?paged=3 for page 3Any ideas why this is happening or how I could fix this?
It may be an issue with Woocommerce, but why has nobody else mentioned anything about it? Most Woocommerce stores I have visited have correct pagination urls, which makes me think it might be theme related.
Could you check to make sure it is in fact Woocommerce? If it is I will continue to look or possibly write it up on a forum.

To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

I use Loco Translate and 99% is translated. Can’t get the 100% however I’ve translated every string. This is not visible on the website, because I still see some things in English in stead of Dutch. Do you know the reason and is there a solution for this problem?

I am really sorry about the translation, there is no way to get them back only if you have saved a backup, the translations are stored in the WooCommerce folder.
To get the latest plugin updates you don’t need to pay for them, just wait until we release the new update and there will be included all the plugins in their latest version, we would like to enable automatic plugin updates but it’s not allowed by the plugin authors.

I just updated my woo commerce and now my website (marsmarsmars.com) is showing an issue. It says in the backend of wordpress that the theme needs to be updated but I do not see any updated available. It is the Aurum theme and it seems as if the Single Product Price woo commerce file is what is out of date. Can you please let me know how to fix this?

Hi, how can I remove the prices? I don’t want to do catalog mode because I still want the checkout button/amazon button.

I’m having some issues with the theme. First off, it appeared some woocommerce templates were outdated, giving me some nasty code errors under products. If you go to http://03b0238.netsolhost.com/LampionNew/ and scroll down, you can see that there is an error below the products (books). I tried to update some of the woocommerce templates but it caused other problems.
Second, if you look at the bottom of the page, where the blogs should be, the tool/shortcode isn’t displaying the blogs. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’m not customizing anything at this point.

If there is an update to this theme, I can’t find how to download it. My Download page only displays the original download.

That worked great. Thank you. I have another question: I’m trying to modify the font and the weight of the font in the menu bar, but can’t seem to find the CSS to do this. Can you give me some advice on this? I’ve tried numerous settings in the Custom CSS area, but nothing has worked to make it Italic and Bold. I’d also like to change the font as well.

Really love this theme, thinking of purchasing. But I don’t see any option to support external ads?
There’s a problem with the item layout on mobile/tablet… The URL is www.maridonato.com.br. You can see the logo doesn’t fit, and so the menu is “hidden”. What can I do?

Yep, i think that is was a cache problem too, it can happen if you have installed any caching plugin, or your server is configured to cache your site itself.

Good morning, I have a message in Wordpress saying that my theme (Aurum – Child Theme) contains copies not updated of the WooCommerce templates and says to contact the author of the them in order to update them. In the system status appears: aurum/woocommerce/single-product/price.php version 1.6.4 the file is not updated. We don’t do that. If you are talking about MegaMenu (Uber Menu) we have wrote on our item page that this plugin is not included, we have done one of the demos with MegaMenu, just to tell the users that we support this famous plugin.
We would include the Uber Menu for free with our theme but we are not permitted to do this because they do not provide Extended Licenses, so you must purchase it separately.

If you use UberMenu don’t forget to disable skin,

Also, the menu doesn’t seem to be responsive . When adding several menu items you have to horizontal scroll to see the cart on the right side of the header, on a 10” screen for example. Any thoughts on that ?
