I think there is a problem with the My Account > View Order page. e.g. www.mysite.com/my-account/view-order/xxxx/

When a customer views their order I see the following: “Order was placed on and is currently .”

If I reset back to Twentyfifteen theme I see. “Order #2481 was placed on 15th November 2015 and is currently Completed.”

It seems to work fine in our side, however to be able to fix the issue I need your FTP credentials.

Can you please send us your WP credentials on email? We need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with possible solution.

Hi, What about update premium plugins without loosing changes? I dont need update theme but i need update plugin. Its impossible?

I was receiving an error on my store’s website so I deleted it to see if I started over if it would come back to the previous status. But now when I go to reinstall the theme to my website it wont work.

What error are you getting? Can you paste it here so we know a bit what’s the issue even though normally you need to login into FTP and delete the aurum folder located in wp-content/themes/

HI There I am having difficulty with a few items on the site.

First item is the slider. I cannot get the slider to align with the top menu bar.

Just upgraded to the latest version of the theme and now I see this error on pages:

Help!

It’s a Laborator module that is throwing up the error. Here is the code:

And to confirm the error this brings up is:

This only happened after upgraded to WP 4.4

Hmm I found the downloaded version is Aurum 2.6 – but if you use the toolkit you get 2.7 – perhaps you need to update the .zip? My error has gone now :)

I am having the issue that on the shop page the pagination (page 2 and page 3) are not displaying in the url in the browser. When I go to page 2 it still says /shop and same with page 3. This means when I refresh the page it goes back to the first page on the shop, and when I go to a product and click the back button, it goes back to the first page on the shop.

You already responded to this issue that it is a Woocommerce issue, but I have searched extensively and found that nobody is having this issue with their shop page pagination urls.

When I hover over the “next” or “2” pagination at the bottom of the shop page the url that displays in the footer of the browser as the url is: https://blueskylingerie.com/shop/?paged=2 for page 2 https://blueskylingerie.com/shop/?paged=3 for page 3

Any ideas why this is happening or how I could fix this?

It may be an issue with Woocommerce, but why has nobody else mentioned anything about it? Most Woocommerce stores I have visited have correct pagination urls, which makes me think it might be theme related.

Could you check to make sure it is in fact Woocommerce? If it is I will continue to look or possibly write it up on a forum.

This is happening because you haven’t installed ACF | Advanced Custom Fields Plugin,

You can update plugins by going to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

If you have the whole site plugin then the translations should be included too, there is no other way to get them back :(

You will have to replace the existing languages folder inside the wp-content/themes/kalium with the one on your backup, replace all the files inside it so it will get back the translation.

Hello,

I just updated my woo commerce and now my website (marsmarsmars.com) is showing an issue. It says in the backend of wordpress that the theme needs to be updated but I do not see any updated available. It is the Aurum theme and it seems as if the Single Product Price woo commerce file is what is out of date. Can you please let me know how to fix this?

You are using an old version of our theme (2.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.7), please update theme first.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

I’m having some issues with the theme. First off, it appeared some woocommerce templates were outdated, giving me some nasty code errors under products. If you go to http://03b0238.netsolhost.com/LampionNew/ and scroll down, you can see that there is an error below the products (books). I tried to update some of the woocommerce templates but it caused other problems.

Second, if you look at the bottom of the page, where the blogs should be, the tool/shortcode isn’t displaying the blogs. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’m not customizing anything at this point.

If there is an update to this theme, I can’t find how to download it. My Download page only displays the original download.

If you want to change the font, you can do it from your WP Dashboard > Laborator > Theme Options > Typography.

There’s a problem with the item layout on mobile/tablet… The URL is www.maridonato.com.br. You can see the logo doesn’t fit, and so the menu is “hidden”. What can I do?

Yep, i think that is was a cache problem too, it can happen if you have installed any caching plugin, or your server is configured to cache your site itself.

Anyway i’m glad to hear that this issue is solved :)

Good morning, I have a message in Wordpress saying that my theme (Aurum – Child Theme) contains copies not updated of the WooCommerce templates and says to contact the author of the them in order to update them. In the system status appears: aurum/woocommerce/single-product/price.php version 1.6.4 the file is not updated. Do you advertise a theme with a plugin that is not included ?!

We don’t do that. If you are talking about MegaMenu (Uber Menu) we have wrote on our item page that this plugin is not included, we have done one of the demos with MegaMenu, just to tell the users that we support this famous plugin.

We would include the Uber Menu for free with our theme but we are not permitted to do this because they do not provide Extended Licenses, so you must purchase it separately.

Here is the plugin page: UberMenu (MegaMenu) and for further info please use author link, UberMenu Documentation , is easy to understand.

If you use UberMenu don’t forget to disable skin,

Also, the menu doesn’t seem to be responsive . When adding several menu items you have to horizontal scroll to see the cart on the right side of the header, on a 10” screen for example. Any thoughts on that ?

The menu is responsive but it may be broken depending on any specific case like using long texts for the menu and many links in the main menu.
