We have your latest theme version installed and all our plugins and wordpress are the latest updates, but now VC is not working in the backend dashboard!?

Hope you are fine! I think that you are missing something here as in Reload is included the latest VC version and, mainly, there are no issues. Please check this article on how to update theme and required plugins. The changelog file of Reload is here.

I am almost sure that you have updated the WP without updating the theme first. So, please update the theme and its required plugins and you will have no issues.

About your other issues, it has nothing to do with your support expiration but with the fact that we do not provide support in the TF comment area. About the content visibility you can have what WordPress provides by default. Please check this article. Without being so sure of your needs in the comment area, you can enable/disable them or maybe use an erternal plugin.

Great theme! Nice, clean and fast with lots of handy extras, just one query, the google maps plugin shows the map on my page, but where the pin should be, there is a ‘reload’ message. I’ve refreshed the page but it makes no difference. A small issue, but everything else runs and looks fine. Thanks.

Hey guys, we just bought your awesome theme yesterday and tried to import the demo data from the XML file that came with it. The textual content was importing fine but all of the pictures are missing.
After a bit of research we found several posts saying that the Wordpress importer seems to be a bit buggy and now we would like to know what else we could try to import ALL of the demo content (including the pictures

As you can read in the item description, the images included in our preview are for demonstration purposes only. We are legally bound due to copyright issues not to provide our images since we have bought them. You will find dummy images instead. So, I think that your import worked just fine

One more thing about the images.. I can understand that you only use them for demo purpose and I don’t intend to use them in any other way.. but the importer does NOT import ANY images at all. They all fail with an error.. so I think that is not the way it should work right?

Button & Icon URL linking isn’t working.
I’m just about the finish a website and the simplest thing isn’t working. When adding a button or an Icon you usually can link them to a URL however the linking isn’t working on the reload theme and the URL Link remains undefined regards of how the URL is added.

Do you really believe that URL linking is not working in a theme with almost 1K sales? There is NO possibility for this. Please proceed to update theme and plugins (extension and VC) to make it work perfectly.

It’s not about how many versions you have sold, its not working on my version and I wasn’t expecting to be meet by such a rude reception when simply asking for assistance. Once I have updated if it still doesn’t improve i’ll be requesting a refund.

Firstly, as you see from our first response, we provide support in our support forum but you have never opened a ticket. Secondly, you are still writing in the comment area without being able to check if you have purchased our theme. Last but not least, the URL linking is working just perfectly if the theme and its plugins are updated (we have to check if you are using any 3rd party plugins).
Believe us, we just try to help but we are not able to guess what causes it without checking your installation. How is possible to provide us your wp-admin info in this public area? This is why we asked you to open a ticket in our support forum.

Right so your only polite to people who have the purchased icon next to their name? that makes sense. I work in a team so no we didn’t buy a theme for each person in the team so we can be treated amicably in the comments section, where everyone asking questions.

It was “lifetime support” when I bought the theme. Now it says 6 months remained..what the heck is that? I do not mean the life time updates….It’s all about the support..why?
