hello there. I purchased this teme a while ago and while it’s great and just what I need there is one thing that I cant seem to solve. When I make a video gallery on a modular page the thumbnails for the videos are very slow to load (10-15 seconds). I have a super fast connection so it can’t be that. I just wondered if this was a common issue and if there was a simple fix.
Once the thumbnails for the videos do load you can’t click on them because the overlay goes all the way to the top.
Hello! Do like this: upload your own image as thumbnail for videos and make it less than 50k, you simply uploaded images that are too big, make them around 1600×900 to fit all screens and compress them with photoshop “Save for web”
I’ve just done this but it doesn’t make any difference to the loading time. any other ideas?

Hello! The top of the module must be in the screen to allow the module be active and scroll. If a new module enters in the page, it will be the new active module. The arrows works like this, as this view of the site (without fullpage) is already an alternative introduced for who didn’t like the FullPage.js, but the theme is actually based on that jQuery plugin…

hey..really nice teme…but guys its like a month that im waiting for the full activation of the website…what is going on???
ps: i do have an issues on the artist category i i have more then one and i clik on the artist category on the footer it does shows me only one artist! (i hope it will be fixed with the new version! and the map on the infinite main page it is stock so if u scroll down wen u land on the map u cant go up or down and u have to use the small menu on the left)

Quick question – I’m noticing that playlists do not retain their settings when Ajax page load is set to “disabled”. Any additional songs (apart from the latest release tracks) are lost when switching pages. Is this expected behavior? I’m having a conflict with displaying a YouTube playlist player when Ajax page load is enabled, so am trying to figure out a workaround. Thanks!
yes sure is the reason shy ajax exists, no other way to do so, sorry. How are you putting youtube playlists? Try to simply link to the playlist and see if the auto embed works, as it is compatible with ajax. Thanks!
Hi, my home page isnt working properly , it keeps automatically scrolling back to the top, and it stops at the photos tab when scrolling down and doesnt allow to scroll back up or down, everything else is working fine but thats the most important page.

Hello, when you download the product it comes with a manual and 3 readme files. Please download the full package from Themeforest and not only the theme file. You need to read the instructions carefully as is a huge theme and need some infos to enjoy all the cool functions. The manual is also on http://qantumthemes.com/manuals/vice All is explained there but in the product package you have few short txt files which will help you fast in setting up and updating.
Forum is in http://qantumthemes.com/helpdesk, but as you will see in the manual, we won’t answer to questions that are explained in the manual, as nobody reads the instructions and all the people asks for the same things otherwise. Thank you and have a nice day!

I think this is by far the coolest music theme I’ve seen. However, I looked at the responsive settings of the theme on Safari using Develop>> Enter Responsive Design Mode>> and I noticed that the titles of the text were too big to fit on one line and often went to the next. Would there be a way to fix this?

How do I get rid of the bottom footer completely in the Vice Child Theme. It has too much of a space left at the bottom of each page.
Hello, copy footer.php in the child theme and delete this:

We will attempt to try this but assuming you are saying delete what’s below and add this “footer.php”
Where is this also located as well as we do not want to remove the wrong line item
Does having the footer help for better SEO. We just want to know before removing this feature

The theme is already too heavy to add functions like that, as they are super heavy by themselves for the browsers capabilities… is a performance limit more than anything else.
I just want to add a krpano in the background instead of a video.. Is it possible?

krpano Panorama Viewer. Its a virtual tour viewer. Its like a video player but for virtual tours. I love this theme so much.. If only I could integrate this onto your theme.

Should we use the Vice Theme instead of the child theme. I see it gives us an option for one or the other. I built the site in the vice child theme. Please advise..
Hello, as you may read also in the manual, we offer the child theme as an extra help if you want to customize some files of the theme to change aspects that falls out of the customizer options, add extra css or simply to update more easily. Is suggested to use the child theme unless for some technical reason it gives you any issue (this rarely happens in some hosting providers). 99% of times the child theme is the best choice 
Considering to buy this one, looks brilliant. However, the player is not playing music continuously when using the demo site with my iPhone6. When switching page the music ends. Is it possible to get it work like desktop version does, uninterrputed when browsing the site? Thanks!
Hello! The iPhone browser has some limitations that cannot be override from a website, like is impossible on iPhone to have background videos, but the theme provides a gentle image fallback option. The ajax page load and some functions needs to be adapted to the browser. Generally on Chrome in iOS it works good anyway.

Hello! You can use basically any plugin, but with some plugins (I can’t really know all of them as are endless) you can’t use the Ajax page loading, as some plugins are not compliant with the ajax feature… Thanks!
