The theme doesn’t have any feature like that unfortunately, so you would have to turn a plugin for that and afterwards you would also implement it in theme’s modules if you would want it to appear on each module on homepage. This will require customizations so you would need to a developer or a freelancer to help you on this if you don’t have coding knowledge because we’re not available for any customization services at this moment. Sorry!

Hi,

Both themes share the same core so their functionality and performances are similar. The main differences appear in their designs/appearances and the content area width which slightly differs from one theme to another, newspaper’s grid width is 1068px while newsmag’s width is 1021px. Other differences are in terms of features, blocks or modules layouts, some blocks and/or modules layouts are present on one and missing on the other. We plan to constantly add new features to each theme so both theme’s improvement is in our attention in the future.

Among the similarities, the basics which appear in both themes, I can note the following:

- Smart sidebar - Custom made lightbox - Smart article lists - Video playlist - Sticky menu - Intelligent Ad System - Custom categories - Unlimited sidebars – each post, page, category can have it’s own sidebar - News ticker Responsive, mobile-ready Woo Commerce ready Mega Menu Columns

The “auto scrolling post slider showing full on the screen” would have to be customized for both of the themes because there is no option which could help you set it up. Sorry!

Revolution slider might have a feature that could give you a similar functionality. The revolution slider plugin comes bundle with the theme so you could check it out: http://revolution.themepunch.com/examples/

Concerning languages, a language select can be set up from a multi language plugin which would be necessary if you plan to use the theme for a multi-lingual site.

The plugin which was initially tested and offered as solution for adding multilingual content and translation support it was qTranslate but since it hasn’t been updated we haven’t tested it recently. As an alternative, you can use the qTranslate X plugin which is a descendant of qTranslate, which has apparently been abandoned by the original author. You can also give it a try, test it and see how it works.

We don’t have any pans to add any ” add newsletter sign up & up and down voting” features in the theme in the near future however you could turn to a plugin. We haven’t tested any though so I can’t recommend you one! Sorry!

Unfortunately not without customization, as blocks’s template uses additional customizations to display 3/5 posts on 2/3 columns so setting/using that as module woudl display one post on each column resulting in a similar layout like this: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-3/

You would have to create a case in the loop file for your case. Please also note that we cannot provide customization services at the moment so if you can’t manage this on your own we advise you to get in touch with a freelancer or someone that could help you and also make sure you backup these files before customizing them.

Thank you for your suggestions, the sidebar is displaying on top on mobiles because the way elements are rendered so the left sidebar comes first. On mobiles the elements are set to float:none and they drop one after the other. Currently we have this issue on the list, we’re looking for a solution.

You can hide the sidebar on mobiles via css or you can use the solution Radu provided in this tread: http://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/rtl-problem-on-change-sidebar-position/#post-40627

As I said we have this on our attention and try to find a better implementation in future versions of the theme!
