We try apply all file template to child theme that make you more easier when you update theme but with some folders like libs and js can’t move to child theme… maybe because they are core of theme?
Is there a way o a suggestion to safe also this folders against future updates?
Is not a way where could have note which files are changed on each version update? that is good for developer so they could follow code to manually apply

Thank you for the comment. Compared to other themes we do major new features that imply major code file changes. A manual update of a theme would not work for sure. Child theme is the best way to make sure you keep your changes separately. Regarding child theme:
He overrided file in libs folder but with js folder only override some of files in that like ajaxcalls.js and ajaxcalls_add.js. He try something to add but, seem he can’t. He searched place where you define is css_js_include.php in libs folder

Plugins included are Rev Slider, Visual Composer, Ultimate addons. It’s normal these add some speed delay. Any plugin adds something. You can choose not to use them, but they help create features showcased in demo that you may like and want to use as well.
I can’t tell you how they will behave on your shared server. Sorry. Has to be tested to know the answer.

Can you turn off the requirement for people to be logged in to book? We want them to be able to see the rental they want and then book it asap without having to jump through more hoops 
Also, I assume that you can limit the availability of each house to one week (we’re doing a site for an event so that one week is the only window we’ll want for each home).

Please consider also that our theme also needs submissions to be done in front end . And we have 1 user with access to all options (add property and book property).

Ok thanks for the info. Maybe it would be better if we just used the other Real Estate theme that you developed and then I used Gravity Forms in the sidebar that collects payments via Stripe for the rentals? That way, we use the theme for displaying the homes and photos, but the payments are taken care of by Gravity forms (no login required and I can dynamically enter hidden fields and prices so the admin knows which home was rented/paid for). We don’t need the capability for users to enter their own properties, we’ll be posting them ourselves online. Your thoughts?

Yes, I had the impression that rentals is too much for what you need. But unfortunately I don’t know if Gravity forms is enough because I never worked with them. I don’t know if they can support stripe payments. I don’t believe they have an availability calendar either. We don’t have hidden fields. We just have 1 field (owner comments) which are hidden.
Maybe you wish to test the theme. I can give wp-admin before you make a decision. Please email me at annapx0909@gmail.com. I may reply with delay as normally we’re not online during weekends. I made an exception this morning to follow up on yesterday comments which I didn’t have the chance to answer.

I had a few requests about the usability of the site:
1 – When you search for properties and click on a property from the results, can you populate the “Book Now” section with the search dates and # of guests? This whole section is blank, even though it came from a search result. The user shouldn’t have to enter this again.
2 – If you search properties and click “Search”, the results page resets the search box. Can these fields be populated to confirm the search criteria?
3 – When you select a check-out date, would it be possible to show the selected check-in date on the same calendar?
4 – This is a subjective request – when logging in, the site redirects to the user profile page. Would it be possible to stay on the same page? A user might start searching for a property and then decide to book, log in, then lose their place. The user might not think to go back in the browser and not want to search again. If they want to view their profile, they can access it from the dropdown menu on their avatar.

Do I have an option to hind the Availability Calendar? For example some users or admin can show the calendar on listings or just not show the Availability Calendar and guest can just contact the owner to request Availability?

We will have delete confirmed reservation by owner, option to multiply city tax and cleaning tax daily, min days of booking, extra price for guest, check number of guests on booking, possibility to force booking changeover day (like start only sunday), price per weekend (saturdays and sundays) and a few more. Will be a larger update. Will take us a liitle more to be done (not sure on a timeline) but we’re working on this as fast s we can.

Thank you for the interest in our theme. The WPML application was sent and it’s pending review. We have used the same code as in WP residence and Estate which are WPML ready. So should be a smoother process. POEDIT is needed to translate the theme to another language. WPML si to have multiple languages, but you can still have poedit loading for translation for default theme words.
Payments available are Stripe or PayPal.
What are the booking methods—> Please explain what you mean by this question. I don’t understand it.

Hi, Just make sure you have php 5.5 or higher. The theme will not function correctly if the php version is lower than 5.4. Also some hosting companies don’t define timezone in php and this must be set (is used in calendar operations) Thanks

PURPLE COLOR DISCOVERED- Hi Anna, I have discovered the issue that everyone’s having with the purple. It’s actually in the icons you have loaded. Hi, thanks for getting back to me. That is not the issue and your solution will not resolve the issue. the icon colors can not be changed they are what they are. I would like to upload different icons into the search boxes that are not purple. Please tell me how/ where this can be accomplished, or please upload a neutral color in your next update.
On another note, several properties we have loaded do not have the images in the description areas to click through. Could you offer some suggestion regarding this issue? We have loaded all the same. The only variables are which / how many categories are checked and the location details.

Thank you for the comment. I know that WP ALL IMPORT worked for WP RESIDENCE (our other theme) and the database structure is the same. Just fields are a little different. So should work for you as well.

WP Rentals is not on the site because we’ve been so focused on clients support, theme updates that we just didn’t have time. But the theme purchase is done on theme forest (same as the other themes). The license is regular one. You can charge your clients with theme features without worries. You just need a license per domain.
