I see that I can put a full-screen self-hosted video. But my question is: can I place a self-hosted video that goes full screen in width but not in heigth? I mean, in order to leave room for text right below the video, and make it visible? For example, you see this: http://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/extended/ – the video is full screen (witdth & height) – it takes the full page. The question is: can I arrange for having the video full screen but only in width? Thank you.

this issue has been fixed with the last update. Please redownload the theme here at themeforest and install all necessary updates including the delivered plugins. The issue is related to the shortcode plugin.

please provide the credentials via profile and we will check it. The delay is related to the Internetspeed since the items are loading on request when reaching the viewport. In our case your items are loading very very fast.

Did you mean break? Brake means to slow down. The site is still broken, I don’t want to pay more money to fix a problem that is on your end by renewing support. It seems the JS is no longer working as the up arrow isn’t doing anything nor is the the main button on the site.

yes, we “break” it was a typo. So the site is not working for 2 years? Maybe we could agree on that it’s a new issue caused by the latest release of chrome.

After updating the file please clear all caches such as plugin cache (if using one) and local cache.
This will solve the issue.

yes it’s working with this theme but the theme itself has no skin. It will use the default woocommerce skin. We do not have a link, but maybe you have seen this default skin in the past, it’s in some kind of purple color ( especially the buttons ).

the concept for single portfolio does not contain any sidebar features. This feature requires code changes inside front and at least backend. You should hire a developer in this case, since these kind of modifications are not included in our support.

Ok, I will use a page instead of single portfolio to show products. So I need to open the single item with external link (even if the page is INSIDE the website), I saw this is possibile with your theme, but the new page is opened in new window … how can I open it in the same window ?
You can set an option inside the single portfolio item editing screen. The option is called : Show Portfolio and you need to set it to: “on a separate portfolio page”.
