Just a silly question: is there a way to trigger the off menu canvas (make it unfold) by clicking somewhere else than the menu symbol: like by clicking a button for instance ? I have tried to make a button to link toward mywebsite.com/#sidewidgetarea but it won’t work… Is there a solution?

I’ve started experiencing text font error’s in Firefox – some text loads in “Times New Roman” font and it looks very awkward.

The only known issue FF related is ext latin chars not displaying correctly on very old versions of the browser – this is going to be sorted in tomorrows update though

Hello! I am running the e-commerce version, and have two questions:
1. Do I need to install a child theme to make this work well?
2. Is there a way to get the secondary menu to go below the main menu, and to come up only when someone clicks on a specific page tab? (for ie. “SHOP”), so that shop categories like t-shirts, or accessories, can show up below the menu only at that point.

Hi themenectar! I’m having a little problem ordering my team members in a carousel; every time I try to reorder them, they keep jumping out of order when I update the page. In other words, the wrong team member shows up first, and it keeps sticking even if I change it. Seems buggy. What can I do? Thanks a billion.

Hey guys *think we found a minor (and very specific bug) if you could confirm: if you place an image via the media library in say a post, then use a caption and make it link to image.. the rendered output is missing a quote so it doesn’t display the image on the post! See if you can reproduce > image > caption > link to media.

lol sorry there’s no links in the caption. It’s a normal caption on an image that has a link to the bigger image!
Hey, sorry for the misunderstanding! I tested with that scenario and wasn’t able to replicate yet – have you verified no plugins are causing it?
hey I found the solution – we had ‘auto lightbox’ turned on in the salient options, we can use a plugin, but if you could test again, turn on auto lightbox, then create an image with a caption, that links to a bigger image, and there’s a quotation missing between the image name and the relLightbox tag You should see if not found already

Wondering if you could help me with some custom CSS to remove the dark hover overlay when using the image gallery option from the visual composer. I found this piece of code in a different thread from June 2015, but it doesn’t seem to work.

I have a question What is the update strategy for the Salient Visual Composer. The native visual composer is at this moment at version 4.9.1 The salient visual composer is at 4.7.4 so lagging behind. Everywhere it is emphasized that for security reasons you should always use the latest version of themes, plugins and so on. Please clarify

it’s going to be updated during the beginning of this month – there have been no security related changes since the version Salient currently uses and 4.9.1. The reason it wasn’t updated when VC 4.9 was first release is because there was a few initial issues users were reporting. I was simply waiting for those to be fixed

I am having trouble getting the logo in retina. Tried several sizes, filetypes and settings. Please check it out yourself: http://justinwust.com/mmxvi/
If you click the menu (hamburger menu) you see the retina logo appear for less then a second. Then it’s on to the blurry file again. This does not happen on Microsoft Edge, so there seems to be a problem with Chrome (on Windows 10).
Please let me know if I can do something.

I’m currently seeing the retina logo displaying on a macbook and iPhone – what’s the ppi of your monitor? Also are you not seeing retina logos on the demos?

I am running this on a 3200×1800 resolution. But for some reason I guess it’s a Chrome thing? Switching the navigation on & off seems to show the retina for less then a second.

I also found out that boxed layout will display logo in retina. Don’t know what to do anymore..
I woke up and none of my nectar sliders are working. I havent touched the site since I logged off. Its just coming up as white spaces where the full screen nectar sliders are supposed to be. is this a common issue?

Hi ThemeNectar Team, i have big problem…i have installed the “qTranslate-X” plugin (translation plugin) for my Shop and now its not possible to create any uploads. If i click on the “upload” or hit the “imgage background” button etc > nothing is happening.
