Hi there, great theme! We face a problem related to the fav icon. In the documentation, it’s said we can upload in the Elated options/General/Design section as a last option before the Settings. But there is no such option there. The last thing to set is Element appearance then the Design section is over and Settings start. As a workaround, we have overwritten the favicon.png in the theme’s asset folder, still it is not visible.
Can you advice please?

Hello Csaba,
In your WP admin, go to Appearance -> Customize, and under Site Identity you can set favicon (this is a feature from newer WordPress versions, and has to be used now).

Glad you like our work, thanks. As for the updates – there are two possible ways for it : you can either install and use Envato Toolkit plugin, for the automatic theme updates inside your WP admin, or you can do it manually through your FTP client, which is also pretty simple way, and our support team is always there if you need any help or explanation on how it’s done.

Hey this theme is gorgeous. One little issue. I’ve made my logo the same dimensions as the original logo but my logo does not appear centered the way the original logo was: http://bit.ly/1PtgY0m – It’s off centered in the sticky header as well. Please advise.

In Elated options > Header > Sticky Header Transparency, enter transparency for sticky header (value from 0 to 1) – in other words, if you wanna have it half transparent use 0.5. This is global, for all pages/posts.
Local setting (applied only to that page/post) is located in page/post edit screen, under Elated header > Transparency.

The header and footer are not showing up on the home page and we can’t figure out why. Both are enabled on elated options as well as on the individual page settings, and both show up on all other pages. Any ideas?

That’s right, only one demo is available, once you install it you will have available all pages as seen on our demo site – in other words there is only one demo site with multiple home page instances.

We’ve just tested with MacBook Pro and Firefox, scroll works from both touchpad and scrollwheel on mouse.

I went ahead and bought it as I thought perhaps it was related to me viewing it in the demo mode. However, the scroll on the landing page is still not working on my mackbook pro and firefox. What could be causing this, or what more information can I give you?

Is there any progress on this issue?
So far, we found that it’s forking on Firefox and Yosemite for both touchpad and mouse wheel. However, on Firefox and El Capitan, it only works with mouse wheel, and it’s not working with touchpad. Our dev team is still working on this, thanks for the understanding.
The video I sent you that illustrates the problem happening on Yosemite with touchpad, so you are incorrect, it is not working on Firefox and Yosemite with touchpad.
