Help!! The .zip installable file jam session.zip wouldn’t install through wordpress admin so I had to install the theme using Ftp. The files all uploaded nicely using FTP and the theme shows up but when I activate it it’s just a blank screen.

Hello, I was able to sort my discography the way I want using a plugin. But it looks like it only works when I click on one of the categories. Is there a way so that it immediately shows up on the discography page? Also, when I click on “older post,” it doesn’t update and the albums don’t change. Is there a fix for this? Hi, with the new theme version, the discography is correctly sorted. Why do you use a 3rd party plugin for that? The “Older Posts” link should work, did you check it without the plugin?

Hi, I guess you are trying to use the slider used in the demo. You need to import it to your revolution slider, it is called mainrevslider.zip and you can find it in the main download package. How did you fix the demo import issue?

Yes, Godaddy support sucks, I manually changed the PHP settings limits but XML was still casuing 500 error. So i first uploaded the classical import xml, it went fine.. then i uploaded extended xml.. it gave few errors but i still managed to get the homepage, except the revoultion slider.

I am unable to set the theme as demo version 3. I tried importing extended xml file but getting 500 internal server error. Updated PHP settings limits but still same error. Somebody help :/
Hi Faizan, the error comes from the server configuration. Did you contact your hosting support? What is the new memory that you have set? Please let me know.
I know, I have already contacted the Godaddy hosting support to increase memoery PHP limites.. tHEY SAY THAT the new values are: I called them and they changed the settings.
However I am still getting the same error.
Called and they said they took care of it. This is what they sent me when it was done:
memory_limit = “500M” upload_max_filesize = “30M” post_max_size = “35M” max_execution_time = 600 max_input_time = 600
What are the best settings that should be to import demo content? Can you tell the optimal values of all these?

I have an issue with this theme in the albums section, the issue is that the filter is not working properly, i have set up 4 albums categories (LP, DVD, CD, EP) and for example there are more than 100 albums in the CD category but if you click on the filter for CD it will just show 10.
Can you please help me solve this?

Hi, the filter works fine, you have to change the WordPress settings that sets how many posts are shown on archive page. You can change this on Settings – Reading. Feel free to mail if you have other questions – support@smartwpress.com

Hello, your theme is amazing, but I’m still in doubt about compatibility with the plugins I intend to use with it.
I recently bought the “Fullwidth Audio Player – Wordpress plugin” which is supposed to be used with some ajaxify plugin so the playback won’t be interrupted whenever another page is loaded.

Hi, I did not test this, but I guess you can add a player to a slider created with Revolution Slider. I’ll check that.

The theme is translation ready, you can add your translations via POEdit. Also, there are some languages already added to the theme. Related to the contact page template, the submit form is added automatically by the theme, the usual post content is added by the user.

In this time, please send by mail (support@smartwpress.com) a user/password for your wordpress installation, so I will temporary disable the functionality that is causing this incompatibility.
