Hey there,
when making changes in Themeoptions->Skin, it’s saved to porto/css/skin_1.css But in there, the :hover and :active background-colors are ones, which aren’t set anywhere in the Themeoptions->skin. Where do this colors come from and where do I change them?
I could copy all this code to my custom css or in the child-theme, but as they seem to be edited in dashboard, I don’t want to do so, because maybe my customer eventually want’s to change them later again.
P.S.: Exactly talink about the btn-hover-colors ^^

Hi, can you pls tell me how to localise the Portfolio’s url? I would like to use the functionality, but change the /portfolio/ slug to another one? i.e. /portfolio/film/ -> /lorem/film/ Not quite sure if i can do the change in the options or if i have to add some lines to child’s functions file. Please configure Slug Name in Theme Options > Portfolio. After change, you should click again “Save Changes” in Settings > Permalinks.

It seems that overnight we have lost all pricing on the frontpage and on the product archives on our webshop http://aprilvisje.be None of it is shown;
We have deactivated and reinstalled all the plugins, updated the theme to the latest version through the envato updater, but nothing helps;
What are we doing wrong?

I don’t understand why every time i update the theme there is always an issue. This time we did it by the book. I installed Envato toolkit wordpress to update the theme. all good, next i clicked automatic update and the theme was updated to the latest version. After that we updated the plugins that needed this. Back to the website the header was white instead of blue, this we fixed bij clicking the save in the theme options. The master slider was gone and we can not fix this. We deactived and actived again ,nothing. We went in to visual composer and tryed to actived our slider “Home Version 1 (Boxed Slider)” and saved changes, nothing. We need to fix this master slider issue and we want to know what the problem was.

Hi! I’m trying to add Product Categories in WordPress but i can’t save them, basically they disappear everytime i click anywhere. I found this information in the Woocommerce > System Status wordpress menu:
woocommerce_termmeta: table doesn’t exist | woocommerce_order_itemmeta: table doesn’t exist
Recently i tried to explore ‘WordPress Database Reset’ plugin (by Chris Berthe) and i’m not sure if i deleted something, anyway there are no error messages when i try to add a Product Category, they just disappear.
Should i try to unistall woocomerce plugins and reinstall?
Please check after deactivate/activate porto theme. If didn’t fixed, please install wp and porto theme.
Thank you! After reinstall wp and Porto Theme everything is working ok. I choosed Porto Ecommerce 2 theme (because main menu is located on the left side) but i also would like to add another menu on the header. is it possible?
It requires customization for that header type.
When edit the menu, please use Main Menu and Sidebar Menu location.

Hi, This is not theme issue. This problem is a site speed one. You should use wp cache plugin to improve the page speed.

I am having an issue with my home page, it is showing the “Redirect loop Error”, all the other pages on my website are loading correctly except for the home which only shows the Redirect Loop Error message. Hi, If you want to change the colors, please configure in Theme Options > Skin > Header. Please refresh cache if you are using wp cache plugin.

In custom css but the product description is still hidden by display:none in css.
