Hello. I’m having a slight problem concerning the sidebar. I can’t seem to activate TM-Trending Video or TM-Popular Video.
1 – When I save the first one on the main Sidebar only the widget title appears. There’s no sign of the posts.
2 – When I save TM-Popular Message on the main sidebar the following message appears: “Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /htdocs/public/www/wp-content/themes/truemag/inc/classes/class.content-helper.php on line 543” This is what that line looks like: 539 $args[‘category_name’] = $categories; 540 } 541 } 542 }else if(count($categories) > 0){ 543 $args += array(‘category__in’ => $categories); 544 } 545 if($paged){$args[‘paged’] = $paged;} 546 $query = new WP_Query($args);
3- Is there a way to change the background color of a specific widget box? They’re all white i.e. the main background color.

1 & 2- On our demo website, the TM Trending Video and TM Popular Video work fine.
You should check the version of theme & plugins again and the compatibility of your third party plugins with our theme & our plugins.

I just did buy the theme and set it up. However I’m having problems with the theme. http://104.236.242.198/home-page-revolution-slider/ in that link page never stops loading. Also if I enable the simple twitter tweets plugin, this happens on every page.

1> To change the categories of Metro Slider, you only need to go to your page (Metro Slider displayed) -> Open this page -> Scroll down -> Front Page Setting section -> Header Category(ID or slug) to add your categories here.
2> You can configure Front Page Settings section to get your requirement.
For example: On the homepage(latest), you only choose Header Condition: Latest. Please see this image for more details

Hi I have set up all of my channels. Unfortunately the channels pages have broken pagination. Clicking forward page numbers or the next button redirects back to page one every time. Must be some flawed code in your theme. /channel/channel-name/page/2/ is not working and redirecting to page one.

Hi, i manage to follow the steps and get my view count working and got the view count to be removed from the bottom. However, i notice on my main page on my smart content box, it still shows the count ex: (10) after the description. but when clicked its not there. how to solve this so even on my main page this doesnt show.

That is because your post does not have enough content to display. You can edit the post description by adding your text at Excerpt field in the post, then your theme will take that text to display.

It’s because your post has too little text. Thus, it auto-gets extra text like that. To fix this, increase the length of excerpt text for the post or use SEO by YOAST plugin

The image (”../polygin-1.jpg) is not longer exists. You need to change background of a row in the page.
Video, Youtube and Gravatar are default feature of TrueMag that requires external javascript library. Removing them will cause the feature stop working
