Recently purchased this theme and now have a plugin update for WPBakery Visual Composer. How do we get the plugin update? When I try to update the plugin I get this message: An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Update package not available.

Hi, This plugin will remove the get parameters like ?ver=4.4.1 when load the static resources like css, js files. Did you enable browser cache in .htaccess? I don’t have another solution. Could you upgrade hosting server? We are using bluehost hosting for our demos.

I’m trying to include a product slider in the wide menu. However, when I put it as a block for a menu item, my grid layout changes from 3 cols to 4 cols. In my theme options for Woocommerce I have set the layout to always be 3 cols for my product archives.
Examples:

Could you please let me know what I need to change in order to make my product slider block be separate from the rest of the grid, or how to make my product archives always be 3 cols?

Hi, Visual composer doesn’t open frontend editor. I can work on backend section but vc icon flashes middle on the page when I try to open vc frontend editor. Regards
Hi, I could edit the page with vc frontend editor. Please check after deactivate the other plugins one by one. I think some plugins are not compatible with visual composer plugin.

Hi, If you want to remove the author, comments, etc, you can disable in Theme Options > Post > Single Post. We are going to add the post meta option in next release. Could you use this option in the future? Regards.
I have never seen a Wordpress theme with 256M memory requirement, isn’t it a bit high?
No, its not high. Most recent themes are coming with much demo contents, that’s why require pretty high memory limit.
Does this theme come with a Visual Composer license? Or do we have to purchase that separately?

There is no issue with header, it’s working fine. My query is about header background color? Even when I change the color under Skin -> Header, it’s not reflecting, showing background in White color only.

hello i have 2 questions. 1: after creating some new products it does not creating thumbnails well…the small ones are broken.. I restart my pc and after it is uploading normal for 4or 5 more images…and then the problem continiues..my limit is 64mb I dont know if this is the problem
2: can I add the ‘hot’ or ‘new’ on some products photos as your examples? 3: is there German po file for your theme? I dont want to translate all english strings to German. I found po file for woocomerce but I cannot for the theme.

Please go Tools > Regen.Thumbnails and regenerate all the thumbnails again. 2. Please edit the product as a featured product. 3. Don’t have dutch translation files. Please translate default po file using POEdit tool or wpml plugin. I hope to you contact me with the purchased account in the future.
