Hi, where can I change the color on the font? I also have some issues with the font “Exo 2” it does not show. Thanks in advance /Jacob

Hello! You do nice work! I have a question. In your conference demo on the Buy Tickets page its asks for information before clicking thru to PayPal. Can I add several more new fields for the ticket buyer to fill out on this page or is there a limit of information fields in your theme’s event registration form?

Hi,

The calculator is completely configurable. You can add additional fields if you like. The only thing you should have in mind is that the fields are meant to be computational in its nature, meaning that it is not suited for fields like Name, Email etc. In general these should be options which influence the price of registration. General info about the participant will come from the PayPal once the fee is paid.

Is it necessary to have the animation between pages all of the time or can this be switched off?

You can easily switch off the preloader in the Customization panel. There is an option for that.

Hi! I have 6 seminars (each is 2+2+1 days) a year. I need a template where the start page promotes those 6 seminars and theta each seminar have their own “one page” site. Is this possible?

Hi,

Yes, this is possible. Eventim allows to use different menus on different pages throughout the site meaning that each individual page can have a different menu. This allows you to create one page sites for each of the seminars and a start page with a separate structure.

The alternative is to use WP multisite mode, but in this case it is not necessary.

Hi, thank you for your message. Sorry for writing back this late. But we figured it out – the plugin problem :-) – and are almost ready to launch our site. Just one more problem to solve. There is no thumbnail showing up when i share my site on Facebook. But just when I share the sites. The postings work perfect. Can you please help? Thanks again!

Nice looking theme. I have some questions:

- I guess there are all functionalities of Woocommerce enabled or available – customer dashobard, invoices, canceling order options, etc…

- Cost calculator: http://eventim.bold-themes.com/conference/about/buy-tickets/ When buying ticket, there is only paypal optin included? There is no woocommerce payment funcionality included?

- Is there any way to create this kind of registration via woocommerce product? Slider is not a necessary.

- After registering via Cost calculator, is there any user dashobard to view invoices and tickets?

Yes, all default WooCommerce functionality should work, we are just modifying how it looks. WooCommerce is not supported by Cost Calculator and we do not have any option for registration via WooCommerce. Cost Calculator does not have a dashboard.

Some other questions: Is it possible to change the header picture? I saw it is on every page the same picture and the same headline in the menu header. Second question, is there a public dokumentation for the rapid composer as a preview?

You can create separate one page events like in this demo: http://eventim.bold-themes.com/corporate/ (each event is one page with menu navigation between page sections).

Great theme and maybe just what I need right now.

I see the site is mainly designed for one off events, so maybe you can tell me whether the following is likely to work with our setup:

- We have two “events” every year, each running for a week, and every day has the same schedule, i.e. guests will usually attend only one day, and this is what they would book tickets for. - We need to be able to archive the events so that the details are still available for visitors to look at in the future.

Regarding the cost calculator:

I see that this is customisable, but I am not really sure how it works. Can it do the following:

- have different prices for different categories? - link to Woocommerce to enable tickets to be booked? - not be linked to Paypal?

We actually only need people to be able to reserve places at events as payment is (at this time) taken offline.

We do not have events as separate post types (just ordinary pages with some special shortcodes like countdown timer) so no archiving is possible (but if you use simple one page event sites then you can create some kind of manual archive).

Cost Calculator is not compatible with WooCommerce and it can work without PayPal. You can create any number of calculators with different settings and input values.

OK, thanks for the reply, that might work. Might I suggest adding a better one-page navigation for mobile devices though as the off-canvas solution you have implemented is not really ideal for this and at present the only way to close the menu is to click the menu icon (at the top of the page)?
