Hi,

You can change the accent color in Appearance > Customize > General. It will change the main color throughout the site (blue in the main demo).

If you want to change body color as well as some header colors which do not inherit accents color (dark grey the main demo), you need to add Custom CSS statements in Appearance > Customize > General. Try these for example:

.btLightSkin, .btDarkSkin .btLightSkin {
    color: #ff0000;
}

or

.btLightSkin h1, .btLightSkin h2, .btLightSkin h3, .btLightSkin h4, .btLightSkin h5, .btLightSkin h6, .btDarkSkin .btLightSkin h1, .btDarkSkin .btLightSkin h2, .btDarkSkin .btLightSkin h3, .btDarkSkin .btLightSkin h4, .btDarkSkin .btLightSkin h5, .btDarkSkin .btLightSkin h6 {
    color: #FF0000;
}

Related to the font, you are right – two fonts with numbers in the name do not work (Goudy Bookletter 1911 and Exo 2). We have escalated the issue to developers and will let you know as soon as we figure out the solution.

Please find the patch for the font issue at the following link:

http://bold-themes.com/local/eventim_css.zip Just overwrite the same files in the root of your theme folder on the server. We will include this code in our next theme update.

In regards to language switcher, we have not tested any specific plugin with the theme, but generally you should not expect unsolvable problems with the integration whichever you choose.

Sure, you can import demo content into your installation. Please download All files and documentation package from download section of your ThemeForest account.

In the archive you should be able to find pdf document with the instructions on how to import demo content and two xml files with the demo content.

Thanks for the ‘public’ response but it would be great to hear you reply to my private emails where I have explained my issue. I have installed the theme and have gone to tools/bt import and then clicked on the corporate.xml import. After it says succesful I see that I have just one page of demo data. My question to you is where are the rest of the pages ?

Thank you. We install hundreds of themes but we are having a problem with yours.

We have installed the latest version of the theme on a fresh WP install. We have installed all plugins including BT importer. We have then installed the demo content (corporate.xml). Once this is imported we see that only 1 page has been imported. What we are looking for is demo content to give us the entire site as it appears on themeforest which includes slipt screen homepage and all other pages here http://eventim.bold-themes.com/conference. Does this exist or not?

Can you please confirm that you have received our email as an answer to your inquiry?

As we have explained in the email:

In Eventim’s all files and documentation package there should be two import xml files. One is corporate.xml and the other conference_woocommerce.xml. If you ended up with one pager, than you have probably imported corporate.xml which is a one page demo (http://eventim.bold-themes.com/corporate/). In order to have http://eventim.bold-themes.com/conference/ you need to import conference_woocommerce.xml

As far as the split screen is concerned, it is not part of a demo itself, but you can find its code in file attached to the email we have sent to you. Create a new page, Switch to classic editor and paste the attached code into Text tab.

Also at the bottom of the page set Animations property to Half page. You will not get images (they are not licensed for third party use anyway), so you would need to add your own images as section backgrounds.

One last thing. For the split screen I have added the text and tried adding my own bg images but can only seems to be able to add it to the entire page or to the section. I am unable to add bg to the entire half page like the demo

In order to have the same effect as on the demo, you need to style your images like this:

That was the easiest way to implement it from the usability point of view.
