1. Do you have any example or is it possible to add sub-menus to the sidebar menu?
2. Does the theme support a ticket system?

1. It is difficult to change the live demo for this but you can check this image, just to have an idea. It is worth noting that in the next big update, Blade 2.0, we will provide an extra second style for the responsive menu and for the side navigation as well.
2. We have never tested Blade with a ticket system plugin.
3. I think that it is at your end, try with the arrows and you will see that it works fine.

We are talking about a special feature which converts every row/section into full-screen row and it works only on scroll. That means you are not able to use the main navigation here. About the second part, the answer is yes, you can add any element. You can also read this article about the scrolling full page feature in Blade.

Hello, really like this theme. First, a few pre-sale questions:
Main demo:
1. Can I toggle off the white lines that form the header border?
2. In mobile view, the header is a solid color. Are there A] mobile presets to keep the header transparent, and B] have the header dock (sticky) after scrolling down?
-I basically need it to behave the same way the desktop view header does.
3. Are there presets for delay amount for the animations (or page view %)? In mobile view, it seems there is too long of a delay for some of the elements to slide in.
Hawkbill demo:
1. Similar mobile question as above. In desktop, the bottom header stickys at the top as you scroll down, but in mobile view the bottom header disappears. Is there a preset to make mobile behave the same as desktop?

Main Demo:
1. You can have it or not with the color you prefer from the Theme Customizer.
2. Yes, there is an option to enable the Sticky header on devices as well. I have just enabled it. The Responsive header works independently from the main header with its own colors and currently you can have only solid color there. We will check if we can do something for this in the future.
3. Basically, the animations on mobiles are disabled apart from the overviews (portfolios, blog). Maybe we also disable these animations on devices. In general, animations do not provide the best performance on devices.

Thank you for your response! I just want to make a few things clear before I decide which theme to purchase:
1. Regarding #2: I want the header to behave just like Osmosis in mobile (transparent initial position to solid sticky) so you’re saying that Blade can not do what Osmosis does here?
2. If I decide to purchase Osmosis because Blade can not support #1 above—does Osmosis come with as many header options as Blade? Including a sticky side header?
3. Finally, I understand mobile animation performance is limited. But I’m asking if for either of these themes are there presets I can toggle to change animation speed or when they are triggered on the page. Right now, Blade main demo mobile animations are enabled. Test it, you’ll notice as you scroll down there is a lot of white space and the animations don’t come up until the content is almost to the top of the screen. If there are no speed or trigger presets, is there at least a toggle to turn off mobile animations entirely?
Sorry, for all the questions but I just purchased a few other themes from different sellers I am unhappy with. Hope you understand, thank you!
4. Also, is a Centered Logo on Top Header possible with Osmosis? I see that it is for Blade.

Do not worry about your questions, we are here to help!
1. That’s exactly! Blade does not provide transparent header on mobile as Osmosis does. This is because Blade uses a different responsive header and Osmosis uses the same one for both desktops and mobiles. We have redesigned it in Blade because it is easier to control the responsive header size, the logo size etc.
2. At this moment, Osmosis provides one main header layout with multiple positions for the elements. In version 3.0 (in a few weeks) a centered logo position will be added for Osmosis as well. I am not so sure for the sticky site header, at least in version 3.0. Shortly, at this moment, Blade offers more header options than Osmosis.
3. You are not able to change the animation speed from the panel, you can override it with some CSS. However, the animations on mobile are disabled apart from the overviews as I wrote before. I think that you just scroll down rapidly.
4. Answered in 2, soon available!

I was looking at the site on mobile and noticed that when you have 4 ‘related’ items that one disappears going from 4 (full web) to 3 (mobile view)... anyway, could be a glitch, but just wanted to point this out as I’ve had some feedback about it.

I have spend a whole day just to figure out why are my custom post types not showing, I dont know why ,you have decided to disable important elements as the post elements of the visual composer grid ,but it seems like a very poor decision..

Hi! I love it. I have found an issue though. I made a nice page that I wanted to replicate across the site. I saved it as a template. When I import that template (all Visual Composer), it imports no problem. However, when I then press “Update” the template goes very wrong. The different elements end up all over the place and not in the sections that I had outlined whilst making the template.

I am afraid that there is nothing to be fixed here and this is the reason for the fallback image you can upload when you use an HTML video. This is not a theme related issue as the browsers on mobiles cannot play HTML videos.

Quick question – if you have the header type of “Logo on Top” for your main header style, when it then goes to sticky, is it possible for the logo to be on the left rather than on top? Ie, logo on top for regular pages, logo on left for sticky!

Hi Greatives. A few pre-sales questions for you that I could not answer from the documentation or tutorial videos:
1 – Can pre-loader be customized?
2 – For Category and Tag archives, can the title/description/header image be customized for each category and tag page?
3 – For Search Results page,can the title/description/header image be customized?
4 – For Portfolios would you consider adding a button so visitors can choose to sort the items by date OR title?
5 – Is there an element to add just an icon? I would like to create a list where each line has an icon and a single row of linkable text
6 – Are unordered lists (bullet lists) supported?
7 – For image galleries, can the title and description appear when the image is clicked and is full-screen? Can the description support HTML?
8 – Is there any element where I could place an image and have a button appear when hovered over it?
9 – For the tabs element, can I set a menu item that will link to a page and have that specific tab open?
10 – For related posts/”You may also like” that appears at the bottom of posts and portfolios can this be customized to include only title (not date)?
11 – For portfolio navigation, can images be used for previous/next?

1- Yes, there is an option to upload your own loader (png, gif image).
2 – The categories are fully customizable, the tag pages inherit from the Blog options.
3 – At this moment inherit the global Page Settings but we have plans for this.
4 – We have no plans for this at this moment.
5 – Yes, there is the Icon Element.
6 – You get simple bullets, nothing more here.
7 – Yes, you can have the title and description in the popup image but without HTML – http://greatives.eu/themes/blade/galleries/
8 – You can have an Image Element with a custom title but not with a button style – http://greatives.eu/themes/blade/galleries/
9 – You can set once which one of the tabs will remain open in the tab element.
10 – It needs only a small CSS snippet.
11 – No, this would be easy but for a different theme style.

Is there a place where we can submit feature requests? I would really like it if in the Style Options you could choose your own color for the skin. Otherwise we have to go into the Customizer and set the skin color (red for example) in 18 places. Thanks!

In general, you can use our Support Forum for support reasons or requests. You can also use this contact form for general inquiries (not for support). About the color skin, in Theme Options > Style Options there are predefined skins to use with one-click besides the Customizer. From our point of view, the theme skin cannot just be defined by one primary color. Anyway, we can discuss it further in our Support Forum
