Hi. Is there a way to increase the size of the tabs? I’m usint the tabs element. I have 3 tabs in clean mode and horizontal. In my page they look small. In your demo they are bigger. How can I increase the size of my tabs (and the title inside them)? Thanks

Is there a way to remove the Rollover on the blog archives? I really don’t like the fact that the rollover appears adn people can click through to the header image attachement instead of just going to the blogpost.

That is a modal popup, the form is inside of it. If it is form data then edit it using contact form 7, look for “contact” form in the left sidebar.
If its modal content then it will be directly on the page.

I have php error: “40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. To import classic demo data, 256MB of memory limit is required.”
I add that line to wp-config.php: define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );

Now I see I need to make payment for support. Which is perfectly fine. However I cannot find correct option to make payment for support. My dashboard tells me that I have 1 month of support pending & I get benefit if I pay before support ends. However where do I make this payment ???

As I said, I have been using Avada theme for more then 3 years now. So does that mean I don’t need to buy any extension for same ? Confusion is inside my Envanto Dashboard, screen from where I can access all my downloads – under Avada – It shows me message ” Item support – 1 month remaining “

Yes if you bought Avada before Sept 1st 2015 then you will be grandfathered in by our own system.
This is separate from Envato. We (ThemeFusion) have taken this on ourselves to provide support for any customer who bought prior to Sept 1st 2015, which we feel is the right thing to do.
So you will see that message on your Themeforest dashboard and it will eventually tell you it is expired, but you will still be able to login to our support site and submit a ticket, which is how you get support anyhow.
Any purchases made prior to Sept 1st 2015 will be grandfathered in for continued support. Any purchases made on or after Sept 1st 2015 will have to follow the new support guidelines by Envato, which offers 6 months of free support only, then options to buy extended support.

Ever since the last theme update iframes have been hidden. I found this in the source on the front page but can’t locate the css in the style sheets
" <style type="text/css"> iframe { visibility: hidden; opacity: 0; } </style> "
Have I missed finding something in the Theme Options or is this located elsewhere?

I am testing the image carousel from your demo template, but it seems that it is ‘un-clickable’. When I hover over it, the palm-hand sign appear as mouse cursor. I want it to open up our client’s website, how do I go about this. FYI, I have already set the ‘_blank’ in its setting if that what you are wondering.
Its okay now, I solved it by adding a new image carousel instead of using the one from Demo data template. Thanks.

I bought this theme on the 14th and then on the 15th there was an update. The version on the 14th had a child theme with it, and the one on the 15th does not…. should I remove the child theme?

This depends if you downloaded the whole package or the installable file only. The whole package includes the child theme (which you are free to use, but are not obligated to of course), while the installable packe only consists of the parent theme.
So you can keep the child theme, no issues.

We recommend using W3 Total Cache plugin. It can improve site speed a lot. Also make sure to optimize your image before you upload to WordPress. And disable any features (Theme Options > Advanced) you don’t need.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Not out of the box, but you could customize it. Alternatively, if you use header v4, you could use the banner area to add social icons. This way they would be on one line with the logo.
