You can purchase a licence, and use your own credentials, I recommend to register on our forum after purchasing, and read corresponding article about migration to version 2+, also you will be able to create tickets there, if needed, to get suport, because our support forum is faster and better. Anyway don’t forget to make a backup before making any changes to be in safe.

You can buy a licence from your existing account, it won’t cause any issues. There is only one thing, if your client will need to get support on our Support Forum in future, you should share your account, you should think about, probably it would be better to create a new one separate account for your client. You will use the same code, I recommend to write to Envato support regarding your question, probably they can split your account in future if needed (first your own, and second one for your client).

Hello. I use last version of impreza 2.7 and have problem with visual composer single image element. By default there is the option “Source > Featured Image”, but if I choose Impreza Theme this option is removed. Can you fix that in future update?

Actually it’s not a bug. Impreza uses its own Single Image element instead (which works faster and better), if you need to implement any new features, please create a Feature Request on our Support Forum, and if it will receive many voices from other clients, we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the next updates.?

Impreza’s Single Image element doesn’t support “featured image source” option like original visual composer single image element. I can’t use images thats get featured image automatically when I choose Impreza theme. I think this is a serious omission.

At the moment there is no such option out of the box, however after purchasing you can create a ticket on our support portal as a Customization, and our developers will provide a solution. You can also hide this caption with next code, just add it to Theme Options > Styling > Quick CSS:

At the moment the Impreza theme doesn’t provide such ability out of the box, you can accomplish that using some third party contact form plugin, like Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms.

Hi, client using this theme; unfortunately their logo looks really fuzzy and low-res, any ideas on how to fix this? What’s uploaded is plenty high-res and looks fine on other themes.

Hello, pre-sales question/concern. When viewing this theme on a mobile device, it doesn’t seem like all the functionality is there. For example, from the main demo using the “Parallax” home, the four fade-in pop-ups (quick use, flexibility, attractiveness…) do not pop up or fade in on mobile as they do on a desktop. They are already loaded and appear static. Same for the section “Some Core Features” below. The elements do not slide in as they should.
However, all the different “elements” (from the menu) work beautifully on mobile. Please help.

At the moment there are no parallax effects on mobiles, we made such behavior to improve performance. Portfolio items have a bit different styling, because there are no hover effect on mobiles only tap, so content should be always visible. That’s why some items have different look. You can also testdrive Impreza here.

Thank you for replying but I’m not sure if we’re talking about the same thing. I know that parallax scrolling doesn’t work on mobile. I’m asking about the fade/slide-in effects of an element. For example, please test the function of this other theme on mobile: http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/10/
You can see that the mobile effect is consistent with the desktop. I truly believe you have the much more beautiful theme, but I know my customer will complain about “how it doesn’t slide in mobile.” I would much rather purchase your theme. Please help!

Hello, I have a pre-sale question. Does this theme offer a password protected page? A page I can customize? For example, if the visitor selects a page from the menu I want to have the page password protected but be able to add a web form on the page requesting their email and name in return for a password to their email. Then once they receive the password to their email they can unlock it. I know that’s a lot but basically, a password protected page that I can customize?

Impreza theme provide password protected page out of the box, you can create it using regular wordpress functionality. You can customize it using theme hooks, if you have PHP skills, or you can create a ticket on our support forum as a Customization (after purchasing), and our developers will provide a solution.

I just purchased another copy of your great theme but I can not find the flipbox code. You had where when you moused over an image it turned around. Think it was part of the Ultimate addons. How can we still make this work?

I. i have a problem with the portfolio. In google chrome there’s no problem all the portfolio appears but in firefox and safari some are missing and finally i have just a few of them who appears in the grid (same problem in a simple grid and in another page with a grid with category) Can you have a solution for this issue because it’s very problematic. thanks cyril

I’m having some trouble with this… the plugins required, will not install and do not appear to actually be included in the downloaded files.
I installed the theme and get the following message:
This theme requires the following plugin: WPBakery Visual Composer. This theme recommends the following plugin: Slider Revolution.
I click on the Begin installing plugins link and am asked for FTP info, I put in required info and get the following:
The installation and activation process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient. All installations and activations have been completed. Return to Required Plugins Installer
And I am back at square one…. they never actually install, and it seems that the plugins would at least be included in the template files (like the usually are) so that I could install them manually rather than having to do so via a WP FTP interface.
Can you please tell me where to go from here?? Or send me the plugin files?

You can find files within /Impreza/vendor/plugins/ folder, I recommend to add FTP credentials to wp-config.php (have a look at this article) file to be able to install/update plugins without entering credentials everytime.

I purchased the theme and started to customize it. Bug in Theme options -> Custom colors: Change Alternate Content colors – I’ll try to change Secondary color (no matter if I use color picker or insert hex code), it will change the color in Dropdown Active Background Color in Main Menu colors o.O
