Hi There my site http://yougamechangers.com is giving me “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted” I looked through the comments to find a solution. I install the PHP info App and the numbers on my site don’t match the recommended numbers but I don’t know how to fix that and I am nervous about messing around in the php. can you help? email is info.thegamechangers@gmail.com if you need it.

I think that your problem is happening because you have updated your WooCommerce version
Please delete your WooCommerce 2.5 from the Plugins section, then download WooCommerce 2.4.13 and install it.
Please don’t update to WooCommerce 2.5 plugin until we release a new update very soon that will support this version completely

you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Your theme (Aurum) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

Meanwhile in the backoffice, when i add one product category, it is added but when i refresh the page, the category i recently added, disapears.In the products page, the categories i recently added, are not shown.
Meanwhile, when i disable WPML, the categories work fine.
I have the latest version of Kalium installed in my WP
How can i solve this issue?

I think you are referring to Aurum based on your site.
The WPML ofter causes these issues to happen, what you need to do is to flush rewrite rules which may fix this issue in some cases. To do that go to General > Permalinks, then just hit the save button and see if that solves your issues.
The other way is to install WooCommerce Multilingual plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/Which handles the internationalization part of WooCommerce.

Hello, I love your theme, and I recently purchased it for use in a client’s website. I am trying to install the theme using the download and upload method. However, every time I upload the zip file (yes, I unzipped the main download and located the aurum.zip) it finishes uploading and then redirects me to a 404 page not found url. I navigate back to my wordpress themes page and no aurum theme is available. Is this a common problem? Thank you, Mike

Hmm, most likely your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload. Specifically, PHP is configured to a maximum file upload size limit at 8 megabytes or less. The theme ZIP is about 9.5 megabytes in size. Thus, the web server is rejecting the upload. WordPress is giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme fault or bug.
There two ways to solve this problem.
1— You can either get your web host to increase your PHP limits.
2—You can upload your theme via an FTP client.
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M

Hello there, I use the Aurum Theme now up 1 year long. In IE 9, I noticed that the add-to-cart functions do not work. Likewise, calling the check-out is not possible. 1— WPBakery Visual Composer don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme
2— To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

The image thing is already solved. Is there a way i can resize the logo in the header only for mobile? So the max size in web view will stay 500.

Trying to identify the hook used for the single product price display in order to move the price below the product title and category. The normal ‘woocommerce_template_single_price’ doesn’t seem to work?
The other thing is trying to adjust background colouring of the menu (have installed megamenu), nothing I’ve tried in customizer, megamenu settings or css seems to change it from the light grey? Where and how is the best place to change this?

Can you please be more specific on this, actually the price of product is located under description of the item. Do you want to above the description?
If you are willing to change the background of menu I suggest you to do via our Custom CSS feature. To apply Custom CSS, on WP admin panel menu click Custom CSS link (as shown here).
Hi, yes wanting to have Price appear next below Title and category, then followed by item variables, then description.
I’ve successfully moved description and sharing section to end. So almost there, but just the standard hook for woocommerce price doesn’t seem to work to move it up.
Have tried using CSS in the Custom CSS, but the changes I have tried for changing background highlight colour and submenu background color aren’t working.
Hi, good news is I tried the menu css changes again and for some reason they work today! something must have been bugging it as I couldn’t delete things in visual composer either, but is working today also.

The Contact page is using the ‘Contact Us’ theme page template (contact.php), so not made with visual composer as far as I can see?
I had a look at recreating the page with visual composer, but then you lose the contact form styling and nice setup of the backend.

I logged in on your site and it’s great that you’re using the Child Theme, what you can do now is create a copy of the contact.php file and move it in the files of child theme and then move the Google Map by editing that file, if you don’t know how to do it simply send us an e-mail with your FTP credentials and I will take care of it.
Using the child theme is a great solution because when updating the theme you won’t loose your customizations and theme modifications.

Hello , I uninstalled version of woocommerce , but the theme is not responding .. I did a clean install of wordpress theme and put the basic elements demo .. but it is the same error :
