After you have created the carousel, in order to display it on a page, go to that page from the backend and click on the “Add Element” button. Choose “Select Carousel” element from Visual Composer, and fill out the settings fields, and that’s it.

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Layer Slider), and we can’t give you license code because of polity and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme(you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait future theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if latest version exist. You can ignore messages about activation for these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings, your plugins are legal and ready for use

Hello again! First to say, I’ve submitted the ticket but still haven’t got any response. Luckily, while I was waiting I managed to work trough my issues. I do still have one question Since I uploaded select slider (single image) on my home page and I selected transparent menu option I would like to know if it’s possible to have the menu background transparent but only on my home page? The problem occurs when you navigate from home to another page that has white background with white menu background as well, therefore initial transparent menu becomes invisible until you scroll the page.

Yes, in your WP admin, when you go to Pages -> each page, in Select Header panel you can set header transparency for each page individually. So make it transparent for your home page, and opaque for all the others.

Looks like Envato API had downtime, therefore license validation couldn’t be performed. As far as we can see, new tickets are arriving which means that API in now up and running – you can try to submit your ticket again.

Generally speaking, looks like you’re experiencing lack of server resources needed to perform import process, but our agents will tell you what the problem is, just make sure to include link to your site followed up with temporary WP admin credentials in private ticket.
