tables are generally not responsive but it’s technical problem between html tables and responsive mode. However, we added nice scroll option what you can check now. This option is already included so we just updated files on this demo so you can check.

the images comes with “1 click installation”. However, some of them we bought just for demo purposes, some are based on free license but some were made by us. The latter two types of images can be used of course, but if you want to legally use the images we bought, you need to buy them as well. Below, we list the images we bought for this pre-made layout:

I’m using classic header on my page. My menu is aligned right. Last menu item has sub-menus. But sub-menus not displayed properly. The part of sub-menu out of page. See attached picture.

this happens because there is not enough space on the right side for these menu items. But please go to Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section and check Fold 2 Last Submenus to the Left option. After that, 2 last items would be folded to the left side instead.

Our site has a 4 languages and everything looks great. But the blog page has a problem with excerpts. 3 languages are identical with 48 words (added with BeTheme option > excerpt length), but the Chinese page only shows a single line or excerpt text, roughly 10 words or so.
Back end looks identical as well.

WP’s function responsible for excerpts does not recognise Chinese letters and that’s why it does not look the same as the rest. For Chinese pages, we suggest to click on Screen Options button in the right top corner when you are editing post, check “Excerpt” option and then you would be able to set custom excerpts for each post.

Great. It’s weird because those posts are duplicates of the English posts. They aren’t in Chinese at all. But I used the excerpt screen option. Thanks a lot.

Last issue, hopefully… we’re having is the breadcrumbs. We have 3 categories (no subs). The “News” blog page for each language is displaying correctly but when we view an individual post, the “News” breadcrumb is linked to the default language of that page. For example we should see: Home > News (Hungarian page) > Latest News (Hungarian category) > Post What we get: Home > News (English page) > Latest News (English category) > Post What happened there?

if you want to create simple list, you need to use basic tags like:

But to change checkmark icon in Info Box, you need to replace existing image with your own on FTP. The image is under wp-content/themes/betheme/images/icons/list_check.png

Hey,
you set SIMPLE style under Theme options > Global > General section and that’s why your FAQ does not look the same as on our demo. If you want to get the same styles for many different items, you need to use DEFAULT style instead.

if you turned off “Responsive” mode, you won’t be able to get responsive menu. This is just not possible because requires files customisation.

So you’re saying ‘Dropdown menu’ aren’t working without responsive mode enabled? And it an’t usable in touch device?
It depends what you mean. If you choose the menu like Simple (which is a drop-down menu style btw) under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section then it would work. But if you ask, if any other menu like Classic, would switch to responsive menu while responsive mode is off, then we mean that this is not possible. This is the whole sense of being responsive. You can not pick up the features from responsive that you only like and include them into non-responsive version.
I am using ‘Stack: Center’, and it also doesn’t work. Can’t we get the drop down by clicking the first click / on the arrow next to parent menu?

we do not have exactly the same layout but to be honest there is nothing special in this layout. It’s the simple one. Just check all our demos and for sure you will find the one that will fit to your needs.

We would use any. For us, it is not a problem at all to create such layout. That’s why we recommend you to check all existing layouts and pick up that which is closest to your needs. We would even pick Be|Billiard but like we said, it is necessary to rebuilt existing layouts as we do not have exactly the same one included.
Hello, here is my current issue: I am trying to utilize an arrow .PNG image within the revolution slider so that when a user clicks on it, it scrolls below the slider. However, my current issue is that when you hover over the arrow on the slider, it does not indicate the ability to click it. My question is, I would like for the cursor to indicate that it is a link. Right now, when you hover over the downward facing arrow on the slider it does not do anything to indicate it is a link.
For example I believe the needed code would be:

But I dont know where to put that in.
Sorry but this arrow can not behave as link on hover. This is how slider’s author designed it. Under Actions section for Rev Slider, you can try to set Simple Link instead, but then you probably won’t be able to scroll down below slider like now.
I want to know what exactly is the ‘shop slider’ option in the betheme > blog, portfolio & shop > shop. Im assuming its to add a slider to the shop pages but where/ how do you do this? Or is it something else?

Hi Author -. My server is an X24 Server High End. Some strange thing happen if the theme is enabled. Its extreme slow. even with WP cache. I did try to resolve what whas goingon on my server but it eats away all resource. No there is nothing wrong with the server, it is hosting more the one site. Please grant me refund? its not working for me.

as you can see here, our theme loads about 1 second what is very fast so saying that it’s slow, is definitely not true. If it’s slow for you, it means that you did something wrong on your side. Our main demo got a lot of images, sliders, etc and even with all of them is VERY FAST. If this may help, we suggest to try W3 Total Cache which may speed up your site. Otherwise, for any refunds, you need to contact with Envato directly.

1) To remove this padding, you need to use:

.section.section-portfolio-header { display: none !important; }
Also, under Theme options > Global > Advanced section, you need to turn ON option.
2) Where exactly and how you want to assign header image on that kind of pages? Did you saw something similar on our demos?

Hmm not really! Just want to use the regular header like every page on the website…The problem is that on the portfolio page, i’ve assigned the header image on the page options but the image never shows…it was just a white area with the breadcrumbs like my other pages!

But the link you sent above, is to single portfolio page. If you want to display header background on single portfolio pages, you need to set Header Image option which is under Portfolio Item Options section.

I would like to use hte ‘posts_group lm_wrapper col-4 masonry tiles isotope’ but I want the images to fill the area. So that there is no space left. Force scaling for the images to fill the whole backgoround andf not like the Journalist that there is space left until the ‘load more’ button.

We are sorry but this is how this masonry style works like. There is no way to fill this space up at all. What you can do is set background image or color for that section instead.
We did never tested this plugin so we have no idea if it works with our theme.

Sorry but we missed that you mean creative header style. With this one, it won’t be possible unfortunately. What you can do is set BLANK template while you create page instead of DEFAULT but using that template would remove header and footer. Please notice that there is no other way to achieve what you need.
