Is it possible to show an extra option signup “email and password” within the login form next to the social media connects? Or even better for me show a separate Signup-Layer with email+password equal to yours in the jobify theme?

Yes, this is possible (if i understood correctly). You can enable the registration beside the login form under WooCommerce > Settings.

About more precise position of markers in the maps. I bought Listify theme and just after realized (testing on local environment) that I can’t position the markers manually and set addresses to listings. That is an issue in my project, because the maps are useless in lots of my listings. Even if the marker is close to real location, the address is wrong. It is not region bias issue! Businesses with wrong locations on maps and wrong addresses – is there a solution already without buying additional plugins? Thank you in advance.

We have the WP Job Manager – Extensions plugin which allows you to manually place pins on the listings, lock it in, and then switch the address if need be.
Without this plugin, the only other way is to manually modify the latitude and longitude values from the backend of each listing.

Hard to tell how difficult it’s going to be as it depends on the skill level of the developer. In general, I would stay it will be somewhat challenging, but a plugin like FacetWP might make life a little easier.

I really , really need someone to respond to what seems like an easy dilemma to answer but I dont have the answer. Her goes!
I use the directory to create excellent country based business directories. So far each one had their own database. I found out I could use multisite and they could all access 1 database , which would hold all the business listings worldwide, which I call the GLOBAL directory.
Now that the GLOBAL directory exists I need to know how to make listings appear in each country directory and also how a business listed in the Uk will end up in the GLOBAL directory.
Can multisite make this happen?
Is it a matter of coding, if so, who can do the coding?
Did the creator envisage this and create a simple way of integrating directory websites?
Can anyone help please?

Hope you’re doing well.
Cool idea, however, I am not sure WP Job Manager will allow you to pull listings from sub sites into the main site.
So, the first part of your project is easily achievable using Multisite (i.e create a site for each country).
The challenge is going to be to pull listings from the sub sites into the main site. Although this is possible because all listings are stored in the same database, you will need to customize the theme and possibly plugins to pull the correct data and organize them accordingly.
We just don’t have the resources to offer custom work right now or to provide consulting on how to customize your theme. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your theme.

You can definitely setup a site like vinted.co.uk, but you will need to do some customizations in order to fully achieve this. By default Listify is a directory theme first with the ability to enable vendors to sell products.
You’ll need to do some custom integration of WooCommerce Product Vendors, WP Job Manager – Products to make it more like Vinted.co.uk.

Glad I could be of assistance. It’s really hard to tell how much it’ll cost to customize it. Depends on the type of developer you get and how the developer chooses to do so. Sorry, I really can’t guess how much it’ll cost 
We use WooCommerce to power the transactions on Listify. WooCommerce is really good with allowing for custom payment gateways, so you should be able to get that working.

The theme comes built in with a listings review system. If you want more control over the reviews, then you will need to purchase the WP Job Manager – Reviews plugin. The theme does not come with a built in adsense plugin or functionality. However, you can easily use any 3rd party Google Adsense plugin to display ads in the regular widget areas.
Lastly, the theme uses WooCommerce to power its payment gateway, so by default, you get PayPal gateway for free. You can use any of the third party payment gateway addons for WooCommerce if you would like.

You can create sub categories for your listings. You can also enable products on some listings and booking widget on others. The type of product that you enable depends on the listing owner.

- Depends on how much you need to control it. For example, you can manually insert regions to limit only regions from your country. This way, when users submit their listings, they will only be able to select the allowed regions. Most of the booking systems support all countries, so you can use it for yours.
