Update has white screened my site.

Sorry Adam, was surprised testing had been done, so was happy to see 1.3, not complaining, just saying, it f£$cked my website…. the fact I need 20+ plugins to run site (maybe exaggerated) makes it it little hard to just turn off and on to see which one might be causing issues…...

Oh and I didnt get a chance to test, it was days ago, did get a staging site with FlyWheel

I staged my site and updated with the 1.3 update with debug on, got Fatal Error message related to taxonomy.php – not sure if that helps – also was able to get some elements in header section, just were logo appears and profile pic, that was with WP Job Manager de-activated, when I then activate it back to white screen.
If you can, try increasing the maximum execution time on your site: http://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#Maximum_execution_time_exceeded

At the price page, you show your price packages. Question: in general we have more than 3 options, right? Perfect for the demo though. In real life, we do not want clutter the page for prices. Woocoomerce has the group packages, and when you click on it, it gives X options, like paying monthly, biweekly, quarterly, annually, etc. Question: when submitting the listing, is it possible to show grouped listings packages (or any of the woocommerce options) or it is set up for only one of the options? Great question! Unfortunately, at the moment, the WC Paid Listings plugin does not support grouped products. The package display option is handled by the WC paid Listings plugin and as far as I know, it can only display single listing packages.

Tank you. I messaged them, but not response. I have also made contacted WC in the recent past, and there is never a response. We can only count on you… So first of all, thank you for your patience. Second, I heard Simplify Commerce does not support annual subscription. So what is a good way to have a few plans of payment and not pollute the page price and plans? We know that its impossible to have just 3… Do I really need to have a cluttered page? If you have 9 plans, what is your suggestion? Thank you so much!

You can use a bit of custom CSS to modify the look of the pricing and plans page to handle more than 3 packages. We are working on improving this part of the theme to make it automatic (i.e. if more than 3 packages, change layout).

Yes, you definitely can. However, remember that this theme has been specifically designed to be used as a directory site. Since it’s built on WordPress, you have the option to customize it into whatever you like. You must be prepared to do some own customizations.

This is a great directory theme but we are trying to add a custom page with 40 multiple contact persons and we want each person’s name to display and when clicked on (accordion) it should drop down and display details. We thought that this theme template would have a page builder. Please advise what we should do.

At the moment, we don’t have an official integration for page builders. In order to create a custom page like described, you’ll need to use some custom coding or custom integration of third party plugins.
We just don’t have the resources to offer custom work right now or to provide consulting on how to customize your theme. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your theme.

Yes, we want to see if its possible to disable the entire javascript from loading, not just the display.
If this is in the functions, I can take a look, but I would recommend using FTP access, as that would allow for backing that file up, and not making mistakes that cannot be reversed by simply editing the Theme functions file through the Wp admin console. Can you do this please. Thanks Dave.

when i go to city missouri and click the category name “Bars” it shows all user posted ads of that category but do not filter category “bars” with city missouri
Is there any way to filter category with cities or suppose if user is in california city and he click any of categories then the ads should show of california city itself

Not sure exactly what you mean, but if you have the filter by region disabled, then you can use the built in geolocation feature to show listings that are close to the users location.
Eg) If I am in New York, and I select category Barbershops. The theme will automatically display barbershops close to my location (new york).

ok i mean can we get listings of a category from specific city using “browse categories” dropdown which appears on top header of theme

This page shows all listings of food from all locations – but it should show listings from food category only limited to newyork city

You would need to do some custom coding for this.
However, to clarify, when you go to a city archive page (eg: https://demo.astoundify.com/listify/listing-region/new-york-city/)
You are not suppose to filter by category from the main menu. The main menu is for general category pages from all regions. You are suppose to filter category from the search bar: https://i.imgur.com/9Ni6Lqi.png
This way you only see that category of listings within that region/city.

Nice job. The listings pages include a way so the hero image on an individual listing is not full width? Many businesses will not have a hi-quality image that will fit the width requirement. Thank you.
