Please disable Border Radius in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS and save the changes. Please regenerate default css files. You should click “Theme CSS”, “Plugins CSS”, “Theme RTL CSS”, “Plugins RTL CSS” buttons.

Is there a way to Expand main menu item category by Default?
Don’t have this feature. You should add the menu items in Appearance > Menus.
i mean that first popup will be open (Expand) by default

Hi there, I have some problem with compiling the theme’s settings. I’ve used different browsers, cleared cache, use private browsing window, made sure there is no cash plugin, and no proxy. Still some things just don’t show up. Mostly settings related to CSS. Also trying to change a specific page layout (in the normal page editor) – I can’t see any change happening. Any idea what is the problem? Thanks – Daniel

Hi. We’re facing a big problem with the speed of this theme for a large woocommerce site. Over 7,000 products and its very slow. Changing to basic WP theme is a huge positive difference (3-4 secs) so we know its related to porto somehow.

I intend to purchase your theme but currently is pending because I just take a look at your demo and found a bug. Steps to replicate the problem:
1. I access this demo: http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/demo4/
2. Open Quick View feature of any product
3. Close the quick view lightbox without adding the product directly there
4. After closing the lightbox, press “Add to cart” button of any product and you’ll receive the error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘toString’ of undefined” result in the failure of adding the product to the basket
I’ll try to find out more bugs if existed because I just started to test your demo only. Hopefully it’s just a minor coding error and no more serious bug. Actually I really want to buy your theme because of the overall features and catchy design of your theme.

Hi, Please configure the global tab options “Global Product Custom Tab Title”, “Global Product Custom Tab Block” in Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product. You can empty the options. Please configure Custom Tabs Count to 0.

Please remove “Global Product Tab” block in Blocks on admin sidebar. Please remove Custom Tab Title and Custom Tab Content in Product Options when edit the product. Please check after refresh web browser cache and wp cache.

Yes, that plugin is installed and activated. If the project link is in projects menu item as sub, then the projects menu item is highlighted as current when that project page is loaded. i.e. Only works, if the project is in the menu, otherwise not. I don’t want to add each project to the menu, so I have to look for another solution. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I just updated the theme to 2.7.2 and I get this error:
Fatal error: Class ‘ReduxFramework_Extension_import_export’ not found in C:\domains\allejuwelen.be\wwwroot\wp-content\themes\porto\inc\admin\ReduxCore\framework.php on line 2323.
I downgraded again but noting works. I made new clean hosting with clean wordpress install, but when i actived the theme it shows this error.

Not able to update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. Have tried to follow documentation about deactivating, deleting, installing, activating the plugins to update them, but it is NOT working. The Ultimate Addons are not updating to ver.3.15.0, and instead is just remaining at 3.14.1. The notification for an update will not go away, and instead keeps requesting activation key for Visual Composer for automatic updates.
Another thing, is there a way to change the colors for the post date on blog posts? The small box to the left that says the day and month, right now it looks like it defaults to the primary theme color, is there a way to change to secondary or tertiary, or to even mix them? (one color for day, another for month)

When edit the page, you can see the external link in Portfolio Options. You can link the portfolio page with this link. You can show/hide the excerpt in portfolio page with Show Excerpt option.
