hi, i sent a service trouble ticket 2 weeks ago, still no reply

I change skin for header/footer/menu. but it only changes it for posts pages. not Homepage or Product Pages. Please help

I have recently purchased and installed the theme,

I make changes to header (colour etc) and to footer (colour etc) and make changes which appear on front end. then the next time I make more changes, it resets to default colour etc.

Hey. Thanks for keeping Porto updated. We’ve been happy building with it.

On a site that needed better zoom that Woo comes with, we added a plugin has been tested on a lot of themes, and it said the number one reason for it failing (which it is for us) is if the theme has altered the “Main Product image Container” from a default value of ”.product-images > a” to something else.

Information on if that has been changed from default by Porto (and if so, to what, so we can update the Zoom jQuery selector) or any other help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi. I can’t change the header background color to black and neither could change the primary color from blue to orange. I went to Skins -> Header to change the background but it does not do anything. The primary color is set to orange but all the links and styles remains blue even when I change every option available from blue(default) to orange. Please help.

Hello.. I have an issue with the use of YIT Multi Vendor plugin. On single product page it adds the vacation notice correctly just below content BUT it also adds it in the header so it appears in between admin bar and header.

They said that this was caused by a issue with porto theme. Here is the code they use to hook in the message. Are you able to see any problems here?:

Hi there. The Front Page has the logo in h1 format (h1 class=”logo”) but if you’re on other pages, the logo is div format (div class=”logo”). Is this a bug?

Hi Porto team. I still seem to be having trouble removing the recent posts from under a blog post. I’ve installed the most recent Porto, updated plugins, cleared cache, de-selected WP option for recent posts but nothing is getting rid of them. I also followed your previous instructions and edited the post page to remove the recent post coding (not sure if it reinstalled with the new Porto update). Can you please help? Here’s a recent post.
