I have never installed Mashmenu plugin but the main menú is showing in the footer. How can I elliminate it? Second question. How can I set the font number of pixels for the cathegories, posts titles and post text shown as Smart Content Box in the home page? Font settings in theme options looks to do no changes to it. Hi, I am having a big problema setting theme options: when I try to upload my logos or a custom font I get this error message: “You don’t have permission to attach files to this post”. If I upload the images through the wordpress media uploader everything work.
Do I have any permission issue? I have set these permissions to my files & folders:
find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \;
find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \;

Thank you, but I was in a hurry and i had to reinstall wordpress droping all tables in database, and starting over. By the way, I think you should improve your theme and documentation by implementing better backup & restore tools. I could not get it.

1. This is WordPress’s basic feature. Please update the latest version of WordPress and go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site icon: Upload your favicon.
2. Please kindly try in Theme Options > Main Navigation > “Top Navigation Layout” and “Fixed Top Navigation”
3. We are not clear about this point. If you are mentioning about Social locker feature, please refer to our document http://truemag.cactusthemes.com/document/#other_settings_social_locker and http://truemag.cactusthemes.com/document/#other_settings_player_logic for more information
4. Please create a new page in “Login page” template. In Theme Options > General > Choose login page: select that page.
5. Please go to Theme Options > Single Post/Video > Replay and Choose Next Video for Auto Load: select your option.

the documentation for video ads appear to be old because the new version has different options. But my question is 1. I am not able to upload logo in the brands setting and 2. when i connect a ad i get an error message from Vimeo stating its a code error. Have I missed a step?

Channel option is good but … if I go to a video post that is part of a channel, I can not find a link on this video post like category link or information of the channel (below or after content) !
Is it a missing feature ?

If you go to a video post being a part of a channel, it will be redirected to the single video post page of theme and there is not any category link and information of the channel. It is the default feature of our theme.

Hello.. just purchased and downloaded your theme.. when I watch the documentation video on how to install the them.. I’m trying to install the “JW Player for Wordpress” I get this error message:

Are you able to display full written article content under the video window on each post page? The only examples i’ve seen so far include a small amount of text under each video, or they have a little arrow that needs to be clicked before revealing the content.
Can you immediately display such content without having to click to click on anything?

For your question: The author page is the default page. You can find this page according to the structure:http://your-website/author/username/ For example: http://truemag.cactusthemes.com/author/vantrimaster/ After this page is found, you can add to your menu by using Custom Link style.

Nice theme. In the home page may I show the entries with video by cathegory? When I set an entry to expire and change it’s cathegory to lest’s say “expired” cathegory, wil the entry still show in the home page or can I configure this cathegory not to be shown in the home page? Whe showing a cathegory in the home page, how many entries will be shown? Is there a “see more in this cathegory” button? I don’t want latest, most wiewed, submited or any other thing but sorted by cathegory videos. Is it posible to configure the home page in this way?

1. “show the entries with video by cathegory”: Yes, you could show your post by categories with Smart Content Box (SCB). The order is under SCB settings. http://truemag.cactusthemes.com/document/#smart_content_box2. “hide “expired” category” : Unfortunately, TrueMag theme does not have any options to hide a category ,but you could configure the categories which will be shown.
3. “Is there a “see more in this cathegory” button? ”: SCB includes View More button, you could use it to add your category listing.
4. “how many entries will be shown” : You could add the limitation on SCB setting.
5: “sorted by category videos”. It seems that you are mentioning about blog /video listing. Unfortunately, TrueMag does not support for this order . You should try with SCB.

Just updated but it seems woocommerce is still reporting errors. truemag/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0, truemag/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.4.1 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,
Has the update not addressed this or is it still in the works?

It’s just fine. Please go to Appearance > Menus to delete redundant menu items. It is because when the import fail, the system tried to import again and generated duplicated items.
Thank you alot for that quick support. I deleted redundant menu items but facing 2 more issues: - menu is missing icons and is with too big letters compared to your demo - logo and the other items (search bar, video submit) is missing too.
I will give it another try and additionally will wait for your reply. If I cant fix that, maybe I will re-install the theme from start.
So if you can help out with making the menu the same as in the demo, you are of course veeery welcome
So far I could manage the font size at Appearance>Font Settings but can’t see where to adjust the icons for the menu items. Nothing found in the documentary.
