We at www.yensabaipattaya.com are interested in integrating your product to our business. However we have the following inquiries regarding price settings . Ideally we would like to have our tarrifs to have daily, weekly , and or monthly price offerings. We are offering Condos for rent mainly in one locations and building however we also have some other properties such as houses and commerrcial spaces with focus on the condo rentals mainly currently breaking the daily rental market. Please advise as to if these options are possible in your product or if customizations can be done at a charge. If possible but not dependent , can there be a recording of meter readings or anyway to charge for utilities upon checkout such as water and electric? Are payments able to be made? The reservation forms we have in the theme are through Ninja Forms plugin and they allow plenty of customizations. Still, we do not have a booking or payments module integrated, we allow our clients to choose their own solution. We recommend you to choose a booking and payment plugin and ask the plugin’s developers how you can integrate it with Ninja Forms, covering your needs for the rooms you are renting. All the best.

Leisure is fully compatible with WooCommerce and, as far as we know, our clients haven’t experienced issues with the WooCommerce Booking plugin. For forms we are using Ninja Forms plugin and you should be able to integrate it fine. Still, it is a good idea to ask the plugin’s developers how you can integrate their booking solution with Ninja Forms. All the best.

Hi, I was wondering if you know if I would be able to install the theme and use the ninja forms for some things and not others. For example, I wouldn’t need to use ninja themes for people to select their dates and rooms because that comes with the woo bookings plugin, but maybe I would want to use the ninja forms for the home page “booking bar”?
You can place a Ninja Form element where you want, or not use it at all, if you have another solution for forms. I am not sure I understand your concern exactly, but Ninja Forms is flexible and you can use it how you want. All the best.

Yes, you can add them in the taglines fields, left or right, just like you see them in the footer in our demo. In our demo, the tagline fields display the weather and the location, but you can easily place social icons. All the best.

This is not possible from the default options of the theme. The only solution is to use custom code. We have a special field, at Appearance > Customize > Custom Code > Custom CSS > Small Devices CSS, where you can add custom code for phone view. All the best.

Thank you, we are happy to hear you like our design. We are using Ninja Forms plugin for the forms in our theme and you can customize them how you want. Adding new fields to our demo forms or creating new forms is very easy. We don’t have a recommend solution for a booking or payments plugin, we suggest browsing Code Canyon and choose, from the high rated products, one that you like. It’s a good idea to contact the plugin’s developers before and ask them if they think any compatibility issues could appear with Ninja Forms or our theme. All the best.
Please autor team: We are using custom post type “rooms” in the theme for creating packages (golf). So its showing slug name as “rooms” in the URL. We tried to rewrite the slug name to “packages” but the URL is showing “404”. What solution do you have for this? Thanks! Jimmy

Please go to Settings > Permalink, choose a different option for the permalinks, save it and then change back to your original settings. This will reset the permalinks and might solve such issues. If you form’s Email & Actions settings are configured correctly, than the issue is probably related to your mailing server. Please ask your hosting provider if you have any restrictions or settings on the server that could cause this. If everything is fine on the server side, please send us a ticket with WP login data and we will investigate what is causing the issue. Thank you.
1. Can I be cutomized to book other services in the hotel like spa/wellness, bar, restaurant and saloon for both male and female. 2. Does it support multilevel admin login e.g, receptionist at the hotel use his/her login for booking and checking of rooms and room services. Restaurant login used for controlling the restaurant. We do not have a booking or payments functionality included, the form is a reservation form, that sends you an email with the info the visitor added in the fields. You can use the standard WP roles for users to assign access, but we don’t have a special functionality for this. You can see the admin panel in our documentation (http://docs.curlythemes.com/leisure-wordpress/#quick-theme-setup-2), the screenshots show pretty much everything. All the best.

Does this theme support multiple locations/addresses for hotels with several locations?

Creating a site structure along these lines is possible with a plugin, but you will face the inconvenient of not being able to use some of the theme features for all locations. For example, the Rooms Listing feature is global, so you can have only one. If your needs are basic, you might be able to get what you need, but the theme is not built for multiple locations. Pre Sales Question: Is this an actual booking system, or does “booking” a room only consist of completing the form? We would like people to actually make payment on the site and, if nothing else, email the reservations dept. so they can update their system. Please advise. Thanks!

We do not have a booking or payments system included, it is only a reservation form, that sends you an email with all the info from the form’s fields. We encourage our clients to choose the third party booking solution they want, if they need it. Still, you should contact before the plugin’s developers and ask them if they think any compatibility issues may appear. All the best.

Trying to install the 1.6.1.3 update in a multisite WP4.4.1 environment with a child theme.
The auto-update seems to wreck the child theme. I have tried reversing temporarily to the Twenty Fifteen theme, delete both child and main theme, and manually re-install these two components from the new update.
The Leisure main theme installs fine. But the child theme throws an error that it does not find the main theme.
What is at play here?
Wonderful. The main theme update is named leisure-1.6.3.1.
If you delete -1.6.3.1 from the theme folder name the child theme installs just fine.

I’m running the Hotel Leisure theme in a multisite setup (using a child theme). I get a notification that there is this new Visual Composer 4.9.1 update available. Seemingly I need to enter “settings” to register somehow:

But, if I try to go to settings via the link provided elsewhere in the message, an error message is thrown telling me that I don’t have sufficient rights to do so – which seems a little strange, considering I am the network administrator with network administrator rights? Who else is above me – God?

We have clients using similar plugins, but we can not ensure 100% compatibility with them. The third party software you are using has to be also compatible with the included plugins, like Visual Composer or Revolution Slider. Just to make sure, we advise you to ask the plugin’s developers if they think a conflict could appear between their product and our theme, considering also our included plugins. All the best.
.container missing? - On your demo home page, under div “content” the direct child is div class = “post-8 page type-page status-publish hentry” followed by a div “container”
- But on my home page (I just imported your demo contents) under “content” the div class is “container-fluid post-8 page type-page status-publish hentry” with no following “container”
- This is causing me a lot of problems, why is the imported demo content different from your demo site?
- Further more, How do I remove the “container-fluid” and switch to a “container”? Thanks

A few versions ago we did an update for better layout customization and we switched from .container to .container-fluid. The demo is using the old .container version, because it doesn’t affect in any way. You can import the demo content and use the Layout tab to customize the layout how you want. If you encounter problems, please open a ticket with details about these issues. But the version of the demo content shouldn’t cause any. All the best.
