Hi Alex, Since updating to v4.6.5 I noticed that the associated Slider Revolution update, to v5.1.5, was causing a raft of additional .js files to be loaded from the /jquery/ui library: /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/core.min.js /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/widget.min.js /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/mouse.min.js /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/resizable.min.js /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/draggable.min.js /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/button.min.js /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/position.min.js /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/dialog.min.js
I see from the Slider Revolution release notes that this bug was fixed as of v5.2.0. (“Removed loading of jQuery UI libraries if not needed while Visual Composer is installed”). I checked your version 4.6.6, but see that its Slider Revolution version is 5.1.6. Would you consider a further revision to incorporate the latest Slider Revolution version (5.2.1)?
Also, do you have a recommendation on js/css concatenation tools that would lessen the volume of server requests for static resources, e.g. the Autoptimize plugin?

Hi, I will update the plugins on the next theme version. Please send a mail to support@smartwpress.com if you want the plugin earlier. Regarding a concatenation plugin, I did not test any, so at this moment I cannot recommend a certain plugin.

Hi, you can change the email from Appearance – JamSession Settings. There is a special input field for the contact email.
Hello. your theme is really cool, I’m searching a theme for a Theater and I would like to know if there’s the possibility to create a catalogue (of theaters’ author) inside your theme: with a list of authors, and a single page for each ones, with bio’s and work. Could you tell me a way to do it ? thank you
Hi, it depends on how many theater authors you have. You can create the pages using visual composer if you don’t have many authors. Otherwise, you might need to extend the theme. Please let me know if you are familiar with web technologies. Feel free to send a mail to support@smartwpress.com

It would be great in a future upgrade for you to improve the social network icons, as they’re currently rather lacking. They’re likely just the FontAwesome icons, but at their current size, they just don’t work.
Alternate options:
Enable easy uploading of custom social icons.
Enable the ability to change the size of the existing social icons.
Other than that – great theme.

Hi, Is it possible to display the Blog page posts in a linear fashion with post excerpts, left justified thumbnail, and read more button? We do not want to show them as masonry thumbnails. Is this possible with Theme Options or would it require a custom template? Thanks!

Just purchased the theme and it definitely seems promising. I am having trouble uploading a custom logo however. I go to Appearance -> JamSession Settings -> General Options. I select “Custom Logo Image” from the drop down, however, neither clicking on the textbox nor the “Upload Logo” button do anything. I push the button, and nothing. How do I insert the logo? There seems to be a functional error – do I need to re-install the theme or something?

Hi, in the customize theme settings, why is there no option for adding a custom logo in the header?
I don’t understand what you mean, the theme offers you the option to upload a custom logo, as well as the option to upload a custom favicon. Where did you look for this option and did not find it? Please let me know.

I emailed support just now since there is no option to add a custom logo in my theme customizer.
The theme offers this option 100%, you just don’t look on the right place. You have to check this in the Theme Settings, not on Theme Customizer. I will send you a screenshot by mail.

Hello, I have installed and actived the “JamSession Post Types” plugin; however, when I try to create a new menu, this plugin doesn´t work properly: the “POST, VIDEO, PHOTO ALBUMS, EVENT, etc.” options are not displayed in the menu configuration.
Hi, the plugin works, you probably need to activate this options from Screen Options (top rightpart of the page). The presence of this options when creating a menu is not handled by the plugin, it is part of the WordPress functionality to show you all post types. What is the difference between child theme and normal theme? Am I working on the parent theme right now? How can I start working on child theme instead?

Why using a child theme? If you modify a theme directly and it is updated, then your modifications may be lost. By using a child theme you will ensure that your modifications are preserved.

The theme buyers do not get a license key for the included plugins, as they are in-direct buyers of the plugin, because the plugin was received as a part of the theme and not by a standalone license. This is just the general policy on Envato. Please let me know if you have other questions.

You can import the demo data from Tools – Import – WordPress. Upload the xml according tot he import that you want (import xml are included in the full download package) and make sure you check the option that allows you to download the post attachments. Hi I’m adding albums with different album categories to my JamSession theme. All of the items show up when the category filters aren’t on, but when you filter by category, it only shows 10 items per category even though there should be more. How do I change this setting to display more items per category?
