You can use the free Contact Form plugin along with an add on like for mailchimp or Opt-In Monster is one of the best out there
We’re also working on built in functionality for this but it will not be ready until possibly later this year.

Envato’s new support policy is in effect. So it comes with 6 months of free support, which for the first round does end in about a month. If you do not renew, then you can still get future updates of the theme from us, that will be included. However to get hands on support from our support team, like through support tickets, you will need to renew your support subscription. On your downloads page you will be able to renew your support subscription and choose 6 or 12 months

But we can look into adding one in the future. We do have a comment count though. I’ve not seen a specific recommended plugin for this, but any of the more popular ones should work just fine.

What plugin are you installing? That issue is most likely server related, permissions need to be checked for the folder. You can try and install the plugin using FTP instead

First off, GREAT theme! I have one question though. I would like to change the size of the images that show up in the blog build element. On cellphones the images fills the whole screen. I would like it to fill about 50%. Im in “Grid mode”

PRE-SALE Questions
This theme looks great and a lot of options available, but like any other I want to make sure it’s the right theme for me so here’s a series of questions that I hope someone can help me with as i’m not very familiar with WordPress.
1. Does this theme come with the option to animate text? (such as if I wanted the header of a page to fade in?)
2. Can I customize the copyright footer to a light grey/white and change the font to black?
3. I am looking to put a group of text on my homepage but I only want some of those words to be linked and coloured differently to the rest of the text, is this possible?
4. Is javascript supported with this theme, if i was to include read more options would I need to import this myself or is the short codes given for that?
5. Can I include a background image full width, still seen through the container? and does the content boxes come with the option to edit the opacity or a feather option? is it possible to make the navigation bar transparent or slightly transparent?
6. Last but not least (you will be glad to know) can you change position of the coloured slider on the navigation bar to the bottom rather than the top?

1 – There is no option to add animation to specific text or page/post titles. You an for example add a title shortcode to one of the column shortcodes, and in turn animate the column (with containing content) using these options -> http://d.pr/i/1AEh
2 – The footer copyright section border and background color can be changed here -> Theme Options Panel >> Styling >> Background Colors >> Footer Background Color / Footer Border Color
Font colors can be changed -> Theme Options Panel >> Styling >> Font Colors
3 – Without knowing exactly how that is meant to look on your site, you can use the default WordPress content editor to add links etc to specific words in a sentence.
4 – It certainly is, like all themes. And furthermore, WordPress itself includes the latest jQuery library
5 – Yes, background images can be added to fullwidth containers
6 – You can add a RGB cold hex and opacity value to the Content Box background color -> http://d.pr/i/10XYd
7 – Header color and transparency can be set using the available option -> http://d.pr/i/RgWI
8 – I am sorry, I am not clear on what you mean by coloured slider, can you show me a screenshot?

The add cart and checkout strings are translated in the translation file found in this folder -> /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages/ – please duplicate the woocommerce.pot file to woocommerce-en_US.po (or your chosen locale). (.po, not .pot)
When done remember to clear your cache plugins and browser cache and check again

I am using WP 4.4.2 with Avada 3.9.3 with the integration of Ubermenu3. Unfortunately, I am having issues with the fusion builder that does not load sometimes and I need to disable all plugins so it works. I have noticed that Ubermenu3 is the most plugin causing this issue, but I am still in doubt as it might not be the case as you state it is 100% hassle free and compatible with Ubermenu3.

Where do I change the class of the H2 tag used for related products on the WooCommerce single product page?

As of Avada 3.9.3 and the latest version of Woocommerce there is no H2 tag used in the related products section the single product page, they are all H3 here -> http://d.pr/i/1kt2v
If you are not running the latest version of Avada or Woocommerce we suggest you update accordingly. It is good practice to keep your site up to date at all times, to stay ahead of security and compatibility issues

Can you elaborate on what you specifically need? The modern shop uses WooCommerce so your viewers/customers can login by creating an account with it. Then you create an admin account when setting up the theme on your server.
